### "AMAZING product, even better implementation support! "

It takes a bit of time and a lot of effort getting used to the product and how to use it at first. However, Lever more than makes up for it with the truly exceptional implementation service. You're assigned a dedicated implementation specialist who keeps track of every step and gives great feedback to make sure you're getting the best use of the product. I cannot recommend their implementation structure enough.

Pros

Everything. It's incredibly customizable to suit your team's needs and it's built for efficiency. The reporting features are also phenomenal. My company has been using Lever for less than a month and I am in love with it. It is such an invaluable tool - I don't know how we ever lived without it.

Decreased time-to-hire, created a database of past applicants, and made us more organized on a whole

Pros

We were given two months to implement Lever and it took us less than two weeks. The Slack integration and the feedback forms have dramatically decreased our time-to-hire by allowing me to send internal interview reminders and instantly solicit feedback. The scheduling software is ahead of the curve providing tools that gsuite doesn't plan to roll out until the end of the year at the earliest.

Cons

The one issue we have with Lever is that we can't pull out or share candidate profiles with people that don't have a company email address

Overall Lever is a great tool for recruiting and hiring. It's seamless and fits into existing recruiting/hiring/interview workflows.

Pros

Pretty seamless experience. It integrates easily with Google calendar so resume info is attached to the google calendar invite for the interview. It makes it super easy to submit employee referrals and watch the progress of those employee referrals.

Cons

It would be nice if Lever sends an automated email to the person that I'm referring letting them know a referral for their name has been submitted.

\- Super easy to use - Implementation was very structured and I could do it any time - Hiring managers are in love with it - I don't have to "stalk " HM for feedback anymore - Lever does it for me - Reporting is so advanced I can play with it a whole day! Also, I don't have to explain myself anymore to HM - I just need to show them a report and they can fill in the gaps ;) - Automation...

\- I had to build our jobs page myself - In order to have good quality reporting I can't customize interview pipelines per job

I had such high hopes for Lever coming from a Workday shop. I would take Workday over Lever now. The product fails in every way. No core clean reporting, no useful on boarding partnerships, even the approval process which has been automated for 10 years has an awful interface. This is not a candidate centric ATS. Does not scale globally.

Integration with Zoom, Sterling, and Docusign

Cons

1\. Awful Reporting 2. Poor new recruiter interface 3. Awful Career page function and design 4. Poor design for candidate experience 5. Not data centric 6. WAY OVER PRICED when compared to Greenhouse and Smart Recruiter who offer way more features and onboarding add on. Charged us $80k for a for functionality I had 10 years ago.

We are able to house scheduling, interview feedback, email templates and reporting all in one place. It's great to have everything in the platform rather than a bunch of disparate spreasheets.

Pros

We have really benefited from the reporting capabilities in Lever. It allows our recruiters to focus on candidate relationship management rather than spending time outside of the platform capturing metrics. Lever Nurture has helped expand our candidate pool as well.

Cons

Implementation required quite a bit more hours internally than expected.

I believe that Lever is constantly working on improvements and we see that they are committed to excellent service. I also got some insight to the company and know that their workers have fun and trust that their leaders are taking the company where it needs to go. So I in turn trust that they are going to keep working to make their product better, keep up with changing tech & strive to meet the developing needs of their customers.

Pros

We recently went live with the product and so far our recruiters like it and our hiring managers are giving us good feedback too. It truly is intuitive and user-friendly, and does not bog our staff down with an abundance of options or layers. We’re tying up loose ends, but we feel confident that Lever is going to help us significantly with structured interviewing as well as keeping our processes consistent across the globe.

Cons

The only drawback is that the product is immature so some of the components are not completely fleshed out. For example, they are still working on integrations with 2 products that are critical to our operations: O365 and Workday. And we cannot complete the offer process through the system either as applicant information does not flow to it and negotiation with the candidate is not possible at this time.

It took me very little time to come up to speed with Lever and after only about a week of sporadic use, I felt very comfortable performing all activities within the tool. It provides an incredible platform to connect with our hiring managers, and as an internal recruiter managing a large volume of positions, the real-time communication capabilities are a game changer. I'm a big fan.

Pros

\- Super clean interface - Very intuitive product - Advanced scheduling and booking - Easy customization

Cons

The agency portal did not allow for as much interactivity with the vendors as we needed, but Lever is already making a change to address this and I am confident it will no longer be an issue.

Since Google Hire was going away, Lever stepped up to challenge of meeting our hiring needs. We've been pleased with the customer service and support after working with them recently.

Pros

We've been so pleased with the support team at Lever. As we switch/transition from Google Hire, they've been incredibly helpful to make sure this is a seamless and stress-free process. It can be nerve wracking when switching products, especially when you want to make sure that candidates don't fall through the cracks or worrying over potentially losing important historical data. The Lever team has held our hand through the entire process and it has been a very pleasant transition.

Cons

The price point is average, perhaps a little higher for a hiring platform. They do have quite a bit of integrations available, so I understand that the cost covers quite a bit of work that went into this tool but it can be difficult when you want to cherry pick and maybe don't need all the bells and whistles.

Pros

User friendly and intuitive design. Has a lot of integrations with other software partners which made a pretty seamless experience.

Cons

Would like to see (eventually im sure they will) have an onboarding tool. That was the main thing missing from the product.

Overall, it is a great platform to track and attract new hires, manage the data of interviews, and store resumes for later reference. Also great for employee referral programs to assist in the hiring search. Each employee can see his or her referrals and the status of the potential candidate.

Pros

Software is easy to use to upload resumes and has the technology to autofill sections of the process by reading the uploaded file. Easy to track the status of a potential employee from interview to hire and the ability to add feedback from each interviewee. Also, social links can be used to track employee referrals.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about this software.

Pros

Lever had everything that we needed in an ATS. Lever's ease of use, depth of features & integrations, and stellar sales and customer support were apparent from the very beginning, making them a very easy decision to switch to. Another concern of ours was dealing with the hassle of switching ATS's, but our implementation manager made this extremely simple and straightforward. We were up and running with all of our old data seamlessly migrated within a matter of weeks. Any questions/concerns that we had during the buying or implementation process, we would have answered very quickly. You can tell that they really put their focus into customer needs, which is how all businesses should run.

Cons

As far as pricing of other ATSs goes, Lever is on the more expensive, but you definitely get what you are paying for with their premium product. Although we are spending more than we were with our old ATS, the value is beyond noticeable.

Pros

The overall experience of working with the Lever team is unbeatable to the competitors in the market. The sales and implementation process was so seamless, it was the biggest standout variable that influenced our team to choose Lever. They go over and beyond the basic necessities of a team's talent acquisition goals, and makes sure that the overall experience with their platform exceeds our initial expectations. The platform is just the right amount of customization, to ensure that we are maximizing our internal processes with the best practices of the industry.

Cons

The only slight thing that I dislike about Lever is the ability to send bulk candidates through email and specifying which job posting you would like them to be associated with.

Lever is our ATS system, we use it to manage approximately 50 recruitment processes for multiple clients at the same time. We implemented it a few months ago and it made our work much easier and enabled analysis.

Really good customer service! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was also so great to work with, she's clear, transparent and provides quick responses.

Pros

Lever is very easy to navigate, use, and customize for all steps in the hiring processes.

Cons

Refreshing LinkedIn job postings is not as user-friendly as with other ATS software. I also wish the data and analytics could be customized, for example the timeline when someone is in process starts once a candidate enters the ATS. Some candidates are passive, not active, so the data isn't as accurate but we also want to keep a passive pipeline too. It would be great to have separate "active" and "passive" data & analytics.

From the sales process, to the onboarding, everything has been great! Their expectations of the product, set up and ramp up were just as we expected if not better!

Pros

The integration into Lever was seamless. Having someone guide the process and be there for you every step of the way has been very helpful. I like that everything is inside the software and you do not have to use outside resources.

Cons

There are a few functionalities I think could be improved but nothing major that has impacted our hiring process.

Pros

Very user-friendly and design is easy to follow/self-explanatory. We've been able to streamline a lot of our talent processes with Lever's integrations with DocuSign and Goodhire, so our onboarding has become much more seamless. We're also really happy with our CSM on the team, so huge thanks to Evan!

Cons

The only thing downfall is that the program isn't the most compatible with Microsoft Office Hosted Exchange, so unfortunately,
