We went from managing all our candidates in our inboxes, which inevitably meant we dropped some balls and didn't create the best experience for people that wished to work with us. Lever was setup in short order and immediately brought organization to a chaotic and overwhelming process. A couple of months in and I'm still really enjoying how it's streamlined our recruiting and hiring process. Cons Would love to see a bit more color in the app - sometimes all the greyscale feels a bit dry and lifeless. Great UI and UX but would love some more color! Important to have good candidate management in terms of end to end experience; Lever allows for that. Pros Easy to use software to help coordinate recruiting pipelines across teams and hiring needs. Simplifies processes and scales nicely as companies grow. Cons Works better for smaller companies than large enterprises; for those I would probably recommend greenhouse or google hire. I think that the metrics could also be stronger. Can not wait to see what's to come with Lever.co in the upcoming months/years. Pros \+ Customer Service team extremely helpful (Shout out to both Jillian & Amelia) + The system is user-friendly + Links for training: Step by step process to understand Cons \- Communication is mainly done via email. We are a rapidly growing company and sometimes hopping on the phone is much easier for us. - Some technical issues with Lever, which is common with many ATS. - The ATS is very time consuming and needs much follow-up. - Doesn't integrate with our payroll software (Paylocity). November 18, 2017 5.0 Our implementation consultant has been fantastic! Clearly knows this platform inside and out. We lucked out getting him. Now if we could only keep him post-implementation, we'd be set! :) Pros The candidate-centric workflow was admittedly a bit different to get used to, but now that we're in the system and familiar with it, it's really the most logical way to view candidates. The UI is fantastic, intuitive, and clean. Loving it so far. Cons The only downside (if I have to pick one) is that the req association with a job is a bit different. March 16, 2016 5.0 Pros As a Recruiter, I have seen my fair share of recruiting tools, and none has been able to "wow" me like Lever has! It has truly changed the way I reach out and follow up with candidates. We have been able to respond in a timely manner and move candidates through the pipelines at unprecedented rate hitting hiring goals for the team! Not only is the team satisfied with the rate of hire and candidate pipeline, but we have had great feedback from applicants who felt the interview process had gone quickly and smoothly and we can attest that Lever really set us up to succeed in that aspect. From the automated template responses to the easy scheduling processes, Lever has truly transformed the way we hire! Cons Updates still to be made in mobile - but our Customer Success Rep always keeps us in the loop with feature progress! Would also like to see a more visually friendly 'view all' calendar when scheduling. It's super intuitive and you can drop/drag documents into the portal and it captures all of the required fields. Once you create/publish a job and have the right connections, it automatically feeds it to other social media platforms like LinkedIN/Indeed etc. Cons At first I didn't love that it doesn't filters out candidates but in thinking about it more, it actually is a great feature ...so really...i don't have any thing bad to say about this product.
