Pros: PeekPro's automated emails have sped up our routine drastically while still providing customers with all the essential information for each venue we work with. Creating shows and bookings are a breeze. The reports provided are sleek and easy to export. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend!

Cons: We would benefit from more customization on reports before exporting. While additional questions can be added to fill out during bookings, the information is not seachable.

Overall: Comprehensive and automatic booking and payment confirmations to customers, and a faster booking routine for employees.

This program allows me to run my business with ease. The funtionality and features are amazing

Pros: I believe the features allow me to integrate so much of my business into one platform. This has increased my margins.

Pros: I do like how easy the software is up front and the ease that comes with it to be able to book things for customers.

Cons: On the back end it can be a bit difficult to set things up. To make a question with answers which will affect the price of the rental, there are too many steps to get to the place you need to be. Also, this software is more geared toward activities instead of rental machines, which does not work well for our company, which creates more back roads that we have to take in order to make it flow.

Absolutely best decision hands down!

Pros: Flexibility and absolutely stellar customer service. Peek was able to customize their system to accommodate our current usage, and actually greatly enhanced our booking process. So much easier to capture bookings and sales.

Cons: It was a slight learning curve, but that's mainly because we've had to unlearn our last system. After a few customizations, and personal tutorials we were back on top.

Once you learn how to use it, the program is incredibly easy to use and has unlimited customization

Pros: The ease of personal use along with the ability to tailor the system to your needs. I am in love with this program because of how much information can be gathered from your consumer. However, by far the greatest single attribute about this program is the customer service. The reps that this company hires are very professional and easy to work with. They have an answer almost immediately or will try to find it and follow up with the correct answer. Be it 11:00AM or 9:00PM, I get a speedy response regardless if I call or message. I love working with this company

Cons: In the beginning of using and customizing for your own company, it can be a bit daunting and confusing trying to figure out how to work it.

Overall: Quick and simple process to book every aspect of our tours. From employee or volunteer scheduling to customer bookings, I love this company and its product.

Pros: Intuitive UI. Customer service is usually fast. Integration with Wordpress is nice although there could be more there.

Cons: I would like more integration tutorials so my team can learn on their own. As well as more options for booking layouts on website, and for automated messages.

Pros: The possibility to create promo codes, customizable for any customers and the possibility to create gift cards. The booking flow is easy to understand for customers

Cons: It's in English only. Many Italian customers told me this, because they do not understand English and they had problems in the booking flow because of this reason. Also, the customers see the price they have to pay after inserting their credit cartd, and it is not good for them

I have been using Peek to run a walking tour program and have found it a very easy system to learn

Pros: I really appreciate the customer support, all my questions have been efficiently answered by staff manning the chat feature, and I have been able to resolve issues quickly and easily.

Cons: I dislike that tours without any sales don't show up on the home page, it has confused my tour guides on several occasions, that being said, that is a pretty small issue considering how often I work with this software.

Overall: Easy to use and customize to my program.

Peek is very easy to use and customer service is really very quick to respond and helpful.

Pros: Customer service experience - when needed customer service has been prompt to respond and resolved my issue within the day.

Cons: It seems a bit generalized -- our service is equipment rental and ticket sales to large groups -- seems may geared towards smaller groups.

Overall: Tickets sales are very easy for the customer.

This tool is great for tour operatos to easily run and book reservations!

Pros: Our company has saved tremendous amount of time by accepting all of our bokings via PeekPro. We appreciate the fact that this is a specialty/niche item for those in the tour company business, unlike other software that are generic.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve, and you might rely on Peek's team. However, Peek's team is fast and very accommodating so it helps with the ins and outs of Peek.

Overall: Time saving software for managing bookings

Pros: The software is easy to use and has an app for the tour operator that is very good. It was important for us that was very functional and intuitive. They are always improving and the customer service is very good and I can tell they keep improving. Very appealing for the purchaser of tours as well.

Cons: Its set up for day tours and one language and currency at a time. Would like it if when there is an error in payment for the client that they are notified the reason why so they can resolve rather that your payment was not accepted.

Initial setup had some hiccups but after that everything has run smooth and am quite pleased.

Pros: 24/7 support is a major pro. Everyone is very helpful and will walk you through everything. The price tag of free is also a good benefit as the expense on the customers is very minimal. There are also a lot of features to be used.

Cons: There are some functionality in the system that would make it better. You hear a lot from the reps they'll put in a ticket so that feature can be added eventually but without a timetable.

It's not super user friendly on the back end.

Pros: The way it interfaces with the customer on the front end. It looks very nice. And the checkout process is smooth. Customers have told me that they find it pretty easy to use.

Cons: Scheduling activities is difficult. Everything on the back end has a bunch of clicks that are required to make it look and flow well on the front end.

Overall: A booking system that was affordable.

Pros: Peek Pro bought out the software company that I was previously using. I was not eager to learn a whole new booking system. However, the team at Peek Pro took the time to make the transition easy. The new software is easy to use. From bookings to refunds.

Overall: Peek pro honored the pricing schedule of my previous company.
As long as they don't attempt to get a bigger piece of my pie, I will continue to give 5 stars

Pros: It's ease of use, make your reservation, get an email confirmation. Also, every event is in real time so you can easily check availability.

Cons: I have no cons, my experience was great. It did take a bit for someone to get back to me, but I think it was because they were trying to figure out how to help me.

Pros: PeekPro provides a powerful, convenient solution for our customers to make event pre-purchases. The application has driven people to our space thus increasing sales and management efficiencies.

Cons: There are some features/reports that need to be tweaked to be more intuitive and to improve efficiency.

Pros: The reporting system is what we need badly and it is very robust. I do realize PEEK is new to rentals and I will be patient. The checkout system is really easy and will be great for our customers. The speed of the system with response to data input is phenomenal. The numerous widgets so far is really nice and the integration for Google and Facebook is also super. The email system is also incredible. We came over to ZOZI from WebReserv and now to PEEK all in one year so this is a real challenge but I have been doing it from the beginning so it isn't too hard of a learning curve.

Cons: Not being able to sort the rental products alphabetically as well as all other widget data. Having to input pricing into the duration spots manually after the first one. Not having the option to open a season on 1 day yet restricting the 'Public' so they can't book a reservation for the next 7 days(this would be ongoing throughout the calendar days). Not being able to print out a list of campers for the week with starting and ending dates. Not being able to use 'BUNDLES' yet for rentals.

Overall: To new to answer.

Pros: First, we can control the number of attendees of our tours, archive the customer information, calculate the income, track paid & unpaid tickets. So there can not be any overbook situation. It gives us chance to integrate the software to our website, which allows us to make direct online sales, even we are a non-USA and non-EU company. Many reporting forms, which helps You analyse the statistics.

After learning and using the software, we understood that there are much more useful aspects of the Peek Pro software, which we really did not even think about that before. If to say shortly, it is the only software which answers our needs to operate punctual and smooth as a local tour provider.

P.S. Very helpful support team, which acts really quick!

Cons: We look forward to see Peek Pro more useful for the multi-day tours. It is very useful to use it for our day trips, but not yet for the multi-day tours.

Overall: We wanted to get rid of excel sheets and papers, to spend less time to organize the tour in the back stage. It was exactly the software that we were looking for. And yes, it was really long time for us to find the Peek Pro. But as it was said in our preverb: "Late" is always better than "Never"!

Pros: after the first month of using the system,the bookings came straight with any problem,we won so many time in answering emails.

Pros: It has widely expanded the capability of what I can offer thus expanding how much money I can make.

Pros: I love that Peek doesn't have a monthly subscription fee, and their credit card fees / booking fees are very reasonable. They have extensive help articles and 24/7 chat support. The onboarding and support teams really go the extra mile to make sure it's a good experience for you.

The software itself is very flexible and thorough. It's web based and also a mobile app. I predominately use the web. It has resource management to keep from overbooking and has options for activities to start at specific times / intervals, as well as a setting to stop accepting bookings x hours before the activities start and allows you to black out dates without removing the activities from your calendar.

The reporting features are easy to use and they also send you a weekly snapshot of your activities and forecast for the month.

Overall, Peek Pro saves me a lot of time by taking care of the entire booking process for me, and increases the amount of bookings we receive because customers can book online 24/7.

Cons: The calendar can be tricky and isn't as flexible as I'd like. You create your activity first then go to the calendar to add the activity. Once it's added if you want to change the slots you basically have to delete the entire thing and do it again. I end up adding the same activity 3 or 4 times to get it right, but once it's done, it works awesomely.

There isn't an option for auto-generated or weekly reports nor an option to set the beginning of the week (our week starts on Monday, not Sunday) so each time I run a report I have 5 or 6 extra clicks before downloading the file. I also haven't been able to connect it to quickbooks (desktop version).

Overall: Peek Pro streamlines our booking process and allows us to focus on running a business while also allowing customers to book at their leisure. Their support team is top notch too.

I have had two booking software companies before PEEK and PEEK is the best.

Pros: Peek will go the distance with you. I jumped into a tour management position without any experience with booking software. They held my hand throughout.

Cons: The accounting reports menu isn't at all intuitive for our accounting department. Our accountant often has many questions each month about our books and I am usually the acting liaison which effects my productivity in other areas of my job.

Overall: CRM and reservations training. I went from front end (tour guide) to back end (tour management) with my company and Peek has been instrumental in helping understand the larger picture and how to effectively market to our customers, support our partners and guides and communicate with everyone in between.

It's totally worth it...

Pros: We are from Central America, by far we were looking for a tour operator software that would adapt to our tours, and the payment was quick and easy. As you will know in our region it is somewhat difficult to develop a reliable system for our clients. We had rough times here. No clients showing interest in doing tourism especifically in Honduras. For this reason we chose Peek Pro, it is reliable, we can update the information of our tours in real time, the payments are received a few days later after we served the tours, they are working so hard in new features that can be applied to our business and the most important thing is managed by humans. Now, we are on the way to have better ROI, it´s a relief to have a good tool to promote our business.

Pros: The features. The flexibilty. Multiple activity options, specific guide options, mobile friendly, detail tax options, digital waivers.. everything I could go on and on and on. Its the best for my tour company! People can EASILY book online saving me a ton of time off the phone.

Great on the IPAD mini to quickly book someone while on the phone!

Cons: It took a little while to get used to. BUT, only because it has so many great features to learn how to use!

Pros: built in waves, gift card options are richer, the idea of 24 hors costumer service (I love the idea, but usually it doesn't work if you call odd hours, weekends and holidays).

Cons: Costumer service! The last 3 times I called they were no able to figure out how to fix my problem, so they said they would escalate it to the engineer team and call me back the next day. the NEVER called me back.

Very complete software option for activity operators, great support, and very easy to use.

Pros: It automates quite abit of tasks for operators, easy to use, many features available to increase efficiency. Competitive processing rates, great support team.

Cons: Since they continue to add features, there are bugs here and there. Some of the features, seem to be very helpful, but they do take some planning in order to implement.

Overall: One software that handles many of the tasks necessary to handle the management of my business.

Pros: We switched our surf lesson booking program and calendar to Peek Pro. After many years of using something that worked well, we had outgrown the capabilities of our SuperSAAS scheduling calendar. We did research, met and had many discussions with the folks over at Peek who walked us through all the steps needed to make the change happen. Easy, painless and a big upgrade for our customers and employees as well. Thanks!

Pros: I am enjoying my experience using Peek's system. If I have any questions, I can turn to Peek's Partner Support team to resolve them. Peek has great customer service! Pros: I love Peek's Abandoned Bookings feature, which automatically sends a reminder email to people who were on the site and ready to book, but left for some reason. Peek also has amazing Partner Support. The folks who help with software issues by phone are great!

Pros: We've been using Peek Pro software now for the past 2 months. It's easy to use, intuitive, and has simplified the process from taking bookings through to the tour. The system allows us to see what's going on in the company. Peek's reporting system gives us an in depth overview of our finances. One of our favorite features is the Peek Pro app which allows our guides to quickly glance at their schedule and see the manifest of guests on their tours. We'd highly recommend the system to any one from start up tour companies to large organizations who want to streamline processes, productivity and take more bookings.

Pros: Peek's demo process showed me different ways I can use their system, like functionality with resources. I went through onboarding after the demos. I was able to grasp the concepts very easily and did most of the work myself. However, I understood that if I needed more help, the onboarding member would be there to help me out. It also really helped that the Peek team partially built my accounts using information from my website!

Pros: Peek has helped streamline our bookings process! We received and were able to manage our first booking over the weekend for a group outing of 20 people and everything went smoothly. The ability to create promo codes personalized for our customers is a great feature and look forward to having that option on mobile. Managing bookings on the fly from our phones and tablets for on the spot bookings makes helping customers fast and simple so no customer goes un-helped! Being a new business we are very excited to see all the business to come and how Peek will help us in the future!

Pros: After starting with Peek, I have been busy and enjoying every second! It's been an interesting time learning all the capabilities the system provides and I make a new discovery every day. The Waiver feature has helped me tremendously by saving paper and time: a family on one of my tours even beat me to the punch when I was going to hand them my paper waiver. They let me know they had already filled everything out online after they made their reservation. I only needed to have one person sign manually, terrific! The ability to continuously edit my email templates as well as all activity information is an added plus having everything live and up to date is great!

Peek is a great company. The software is awesome and easy to use. They have superb customer service!

Pros: I like how easy to use the software is. The peek team has helped me every step of the way while implementing their software into my company. You can't go wrong using peek pro. Comments: Honestly, their team is incompetent and definitely won't make your business any of their worries. I have used Peek for a couple of years until I couldn't take it with their lack of professionalism and finally switch with FareHarbor as my online booking and couldn't be happier of this decision!

Pros: We were one of their first customers. They were good the first few months and on top of everything but after the first year it was the end of the world!

Cons: They barely reply to their email or return phone calls. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They are not professional at all. Their chargeback department is the worst one ever. They have lost every single of my chargeback even thought I have ALWAYS provided them of: a copy of the credit cardholder driving license, signed waiver, completion invoice...and proof that the customer came to our facility and used our services. Customer support representative has no idea what they are doing andthey will be getting back to you once a month when they feel like it! Nobody in this company will take care of your business.

We are excited to see Peek in action!

Pros: We were using a different booking provider until Peek took over their service. At first we were hesitant and concerned about the transition, but the onboarding process was very smooth. The personal service that Peek provided my business helped alleviate any concerns that we had. As we continue to train in the product, we find that it matches our expectations as a service. We are looking forward to our opening season with Peek to see the online booking service they offer in action, and are excited to use the system when we go live.

Pros: Peek was easy to use and packed with features. They are also constantly innovating and incorporating new features to help expand your business, simplify your booking flow, and ultimately increase your profits.

Cons: Too often with peek I experienced issues with reliability. Sometimes credit card processing wouldn't work, sometimes waivers wouldn't, sometimes the app wouldn't work, sometimes the web app wouldn't work, etc.... When it worked, it worked great! But reliability was an issue as recently as 2016.

I recommend Peek Pro to other businesses in our community.

Pros: Peek Pro allows us to do more with our business. Our business offers some activities that are done outside of the office or some that need to be tailored to the customer's needs such as team building exercises. Peek Pro makes it easy for us to tailor these activities and book them quickly. Our guest now have more options when it comes to their bookings and its very easy for them to navigate and book their appointments. The customer service has been great, and the setup team was very thorough and easy to work with. I would suggest any business in our community to use Peek Pro for their online booking software.

Cons: We do request an easier way for us to display our deals that are set on the "advanced pricing" section. Currently, we have to set it in the description box of our activities, but it would be great for a more automated feature.

Peek Pro continues to meet our business needs!

Pros: Peek Pro has great customer service definitely the best of any software we've ever used! We love that we have one person who really knows our business and handles all our questions. They are super receptive to feedback, and also creative with meeting our needs even when resources are limited. Peek Pro has taken loads off our front desk with getting clients scheduled online and saved us so much time. Their front-end system is easy and intuitive for the client to use on desktop or mobile, and the back-end is easy for staff to navigate and understand quickly and easily. Peek Pro is incredibly customizable for our specific business needs while we continue to grow and expand as a business.

Pros: Peek Pro has a great setup for the mobile calendar. I have received all of my payments on time and without any issues. I have multiple locations with my business, and I wish that they had a way to view all locations with a single report. However, the reporting does help me when it comes to expenses and taxes. I also enjoy the taxes and fees being charged up front¿my customers have given zero complaints on that.

The system is easy for my customers to use and they are able to use it without confusion. Though I feel like I could have done without the additional cost for training, the customer service department is great. They are nice and easy to work with. Peek Pro is the best system I've used so far for my business.

Pros: I'm very happy with Peek thus far! Everything from the customer service to their in-depth features are very helpful. As for the features, the report feature is the one that I use a lot and find very useful. With this feature I can determine when my activities are being scheduled, what the best grossing activity is, and when the activity is getting booked. Overall, I am very happy with using Peek¿from the initial calls to the final installation. I look forward to building a working relationship with the people at Peek.

Pros: It's been easy to use Peek! This is the first time that I have used a system like this and have no complaints. When I, or my employees have any questions I've been able to contact Peek through either their Partner Support or my current contacts to talk the issue through and resolve it. One of my favorite features are the notifications that my employees receive. When we have an online booking, our employees are able to get notification on when they will be needed. Overall I've been enjoying my time using Peek.

Pros: Everything has been so great! Peek has an amazing team and everyone is super helpful. Our on-boarder set everything up quickly. When I need any help, Peek is super responsive.

Shark Diving requires advanced divers to use their common sense. Peek's booking flow allows me to ask custom questions that ensures my customers confirm the requirements for diving. The custom manifest also allows me to easily pull the report and send off to the Coast Guard for a quick confirmation, check-in and departure.

I also often run my business on-the-go and use the mobile app. Peek has a user-friendly mobile app that allows me to take reservations easily, see what's running for the day and make adjustments as necessary.

Pros: I started Peek Pro last December and I am loving it! It has really increased the amount of classes we are booking. The larger priced camps have been successful and the online fee hasn't stopped customers from booking. Automatic and customizable emails have saved me so much time. I started with a couple activities and now I have almost all of my classes online.

Cons: Peek's system is amazing and has helped me book more classes. I have no complaints with or issues using Peek's software.

Pros: Customer support and people. I feel like your staff is part of my team, almost like family. I enjoy working with them and they are always super responsive.

Cons: The product is difficult to customize to specific needs like multi day or overnight events. I can't get enough spacing between events to prevent overbooking. I tend to not get any tips for events booked online.

Pros: Peek's system is working great, and I'm really happy to have partnered with them! People can purchase tickets a lot easier, booking is simpler and automated email confirmations streamlines everything for me. I also see the extra sales coming in from Peek.com which is great. When i was with another company I didn't have this. I don't have any complaints!

Peek saves us 10 hours every week!

Pros: Peek has been a huge help in reducing stress on our team. We originally took reservations over the phone and spent about 10-20 minutes per booking. Peek saved us upwards of 10 hours per week of call time. This will be our second year using Peek. It's been a successful partnership!

Pros: Peek helps us manage 5 locations in one of the busiest areas of California. The ease of scheduling new activities, its seamless integration into our website and effortless booking for our customers has been a winning combo. I get calls all day everyday from other platforms and I won't go anywhere else!

Cons: Peek is amazing! I have no problems or complaints using Peek's software. If I do, I can turn to Peek's Partner Support Team.

Peek's given me more reviews and helped me schedule more trips than other fishing operators!

Pros: I'm just a fishing guy my wife handles the books. Peek's mobile makes it so easy for me to pull up a trip. It's also so simple to sync my calendar. Taking payments beforehand and blocking time out is also easy, which is awesome because the weather always changes. Customers have given me so much positive feedback about the booking experience. A lot of repeat customers love Peek's ease of use and the ability to check my schedule frequently. I've gotten more reviews and scheduled more trips than guys that have been fishing for 20 plus years and I just started 4 years ago!

Pros: I love the Abandoned Bookings feature! I've been able to recapture 10-15% of customers who didn't complete their booking.

Pros: Peek is awesome! We can even book people while we're on the lake by using the mobile app. We've spent less time answering the phones, and more time handling increased business!

Pros: Peek is always updating and improving their software. I love the new widget, which makes the booking flow extremely easy for our customers. I've had a lot of questions and Peek's support team is always there to help.

Pros: I shopped around with several different companies, and Peek was the best bang for the buck. They have fantastic customer support who always follows up with me every time I have a question. They don't provide an out-of-the-box solution, but they continue to work with me in order to make sure I have everything I need.

Pros: I love Peek Pro. From being able to make adjustments to ticket prices or products from the mobile app, to just providing my customer with an easy way to book Peek's made my life a lot easier. It's been great! I was previously using PayPal and most people would still call to book. Now everyone books online. Peek's saved me tons of time that I previously spent on the phone.
