Pros: The functionality of this program is nice. I like that my customers can book there event and I can see it from my phone, office, or home.

Cons: Had a few issues with bookings not showing up right away or over booking. Customer support is hit and miss. Some have been amazing and others have been 0 help.

Great customer support. Powerful platform with many options. Team is patient and supportive.

Pros: Does what is says on the box, plus many added features for specific tour operators. Has a cool resource management feature. A lot of stuff on the back for adding features, tracking and marketing. The customer support team is very helpful and always available.

Cons: Interface is a little old fashioned. Some of the updates are not for my specialties, but appreciate the needs of other tour operators. Customer interaction screen could be nicer.

Overall: A key part of my business, it allows me to have a tour calendar and conduct sales. Has advanced options that I know will use in the future as business grows. Good back end options to expand with optimization and marketing.

Pros: It's straightforward to use and has a lot of helpful features. It also has an attractive design that blends in fairly well with our website.

Cons: The app failed (caused by an update) right in the middle of our rush period, which meant my employees did not have the information they needed to check in guests.

Pros: It's a problem-solving, time and money saving solution. Very easy to use and very helpful in all areas. It keeps me fully organized so I can really start to grow as a company. The customer service is just the best.

Cons: PeekPro basically has solved most of the problems and situations when it comes to managing a tour operator company. There's a couple of areas that we have already requested in order to grow even faster. The good thing is that they're always working on updating the system to solve those issues.

Pros: As someone who is not the biggest 'computer whiz', I was hesitant to jump on the online booking trend.

The availability and willingness of Peek's support staff to help us with our every need has been amazing. They are always there when we need them and are friendly and ready to help.

After a few weeks of using the system I found it easy enough that I rarely need to call in anymore, but it's nice to know they are always there.

Cons: Re-sellers and channels were a little complex, but the support team was able to help me get to where i needed to be.

If you have an equipment-rental based business, I strongly discourage you from choosing this system.

Pros: Peek seems to work fine for businesses that are activity-based systems (meaning, specific guided and scheduled activities).

Cons: If you have an equipment-rental based business, this software WILL NOT WORK for your business. My partner and I spent months researching software solutions, accepting Peek, and then getting the online booking platform set up. But once you get into the final details, it becomes apparent that many of the features advertised by Peek (and promised by their representatives) are not compatible with rentals - including waivers, the POS checkout system, etc.

Peek Pro allows you all the control you want to run your business like only you know best!

Pros: Peek Pro allows you to customize the customer experience to meet their demands while allowing you to run your business the way only you know what's best. I've tried other touring software that has looked good from their sales pitch, but THEY tell YOU how things are going to work regarding the customer experience. Wrong answer....

Cons: Their software is not as user friendly as I would like. I'm a business man with a small amount of knowledge about HTML editing. Thankfully, they are always very willing to help!

Overall: Online booking for my customers. A greater majority of my customers prefer to do online booking rather than calling to schedule.

Pros: The best part of the peek pro software is the the company passes the charge forward to the customer so the business does not have to pay for each transaction

Cons: I found this software to be very unintuitive, making refunds could often be confusing and the mobile app was so basic it was hard to get work done.

PeekPro's booking system freed a lot of time for other priorities. Our customers find it easy too!

Pros: The online booking system is mobile friendly, allowing owners and customers access to what they need to know wherever they are. Our ability to modify several aspects of any rental trip allows us to continue our creative and customized events. PeekPro is always trying to improve, they utilize feedback form partners.

Cons: Unable to offer a direct link to our PeekPro schedule to a publication. Instead the publication had to use a long web address. Unable to Blackout an entire month at once. Unable to just sell "add-ons" like a T-shirt or gift certificate without doing a booking.

Overall: More time to focus on other tasks, in turn this makes me more relaxed.

Pros: I really enjoy how easy it is for customers to click the booking button from my website that launches peek. Once that booking widget pops up it is very easy for customers to select tours and tickets and checkout.

Peek is easy to use and its very easy to go in and change things around. It's going to explode in the coming months and we are expecting even higher traffic and even more bookings thanks to Peek!

The support staff really made me feel like family. The process was easy!

Cons: Re-seller function is complicated. However after sitting down with a support rep they were able to walk me through how to set it up and i understand it much better now.

Pros: I am enjoying the Peek system very much! Peek is generating more business and paying me deposits on time every day as these bookings come in. I like the fact that customers are able to pay directly online, through my website. It saves a lot of time and automates the process that way.

Peek is also sending business our way from their website, which has been a huge help. Its very convenient for the customer to be able to easily book tickets online. And by having Peek installed, it has generated a lot more clicks and conversions!

Cons: Sometimes when you call into the support line you may have to wait 5 minutes before someone picks up. But once they do the take care of you and help get your issues resolved.

Pros: They involve us heavily in the development and feedback processes of new features. It's been nice to see the product grow through these sessions, and involving us in these sessions makes us feel important and heard.

Product aside, the customer service has been exceptional, and there's always someone available on the weekends when we're the busiest.

Cons: Although they have 24 hour service, sometimes on the weekends we may have to wait on the line for 10 minutes before someone answers. But once we have someone on the line the service is amazing.

Pros: I like that it can track bookings and auto send a email to the customers. It saves my employees from having to manually send emails. It also allows the customer to wright a review.

Cons: That someone can book over another booking unless your employee clicks the booked out button. We have had double bookings show up at the same time because of this.

Pros: We use Peek for rentals. The fact that we can use Peek for guided trips, combined with reporting is great. The way our book now buttons overlay on our website is nice. A bonus is how they help with TripAdvisor review collection - in this day and age the value of that stuff can't be overstated.

Cons: Peek has so many reporting options that it was confusing at first, but their Partner Support team helped me understand each one and now I use them all the time!

Most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered.

Cons: Horrible, really nonexistent customer service. They never fulfilled any of their original guarantees. I had to build items myself when they simply ignored me after purchase. Their system is convoluted and funcition very poorly with little to no ability to customize.

Good product, have been with them for a while now, very happy with product.

Pros: Fairly easy to use and figure out. Customer service is helpful and solve our problems or questions fairly quickly.

Cons: I would love to be able to brand the calendar on the booking part of the widget, so it matches our branding better.

Pros: Great customer service, ease of use and beautiful user interface for customers. Easy integration. Pricing is very accessible and flexible depending on your needs.

Cons: The software is lacking some features found on other software such as rezdy , There are walkarounds to this problems and the staff has been very helpful trying to sort these problems out. Like most software, it does have some bugs. However support is great and they try to do their best to solve this problems.

Overall: Better control of my business.

Pros: Allows us to see a calendar of events for the day, week, month. Our customers can now book online and pre pay for there events.

Cons: Customer support is a little delayed. I had IM them and the guy said he was looking into my issue and didn't respond for over three hours. I think that was his way of moving on to other customers.

Pros: Peek did a great job of setting up the software and teaching me to use it. They did all the work to get my website running with their software and spent time making sure I was happy and new how to use the software. I like the customer service they have and so far the software has exceeded my expectations.

Cons: They don't currently allow for multiple days of bookings which would be helpful in my business but they tell me they are working on that.

Overall: I am able to offer online booking and easily keep track of all my bookings and payments in one place.

Pros: The support at PEEK is fantastic. We are coming from another company where the support was lacking. The engineers have been nothing but helpful and the platform has been flexible.

Cons: We are still waiting on some features, but I'm confident they are going to come through for us. Not much to complain about

Pros: I have been using it for about 1 year now and have not had any glitches. Questions are always answered promptly and reps are always courteous and helpful. I also love the fact that I don't need to pay unless I get paid first. I could not do what I do without this option!

Cons: Like I said there have been no glitches. I would like a payment option for larger tours as opposed to a deposit and final payment, but it is my understanding they are working on that.

Overall: It handles a lot of details I don't have time to handle.

Cons: We have made many efforts for two months now to reconcile a mistake on the part of Peek who failed to make deposits into our account for over a month due to an accounting glitch. We have called, emailed, messaged and received no explanation. An accountant has been paid, by our organization, for many hours of work trying to research what could account for the dollar amount of the deposits. This is what we have hired Peek to do.
Customer service has been unresponsive and after two months of trying to reach out, we are done. I do not recommend this software to anyone. It has been one problem after the next for our organization.

I was a ZOZI customer, so I am impressed with chat and phone support when I need help!!

Pros: How quickly our customers can get registered with just a few clicks. Able to make changes very quickly and on the fly. Looking forward to trying the kiosk feature in the future.

Cons: Not always intuitive to use. Like using "products" instead of "activities" and why the calendar doesn't open right to the current week. Embedding photos and links into emails aren't always easy. I'd also like to embed the waiver and have it signed at the time of registration.

Overall: We were able to register 560 people for our Haunted Tours in just 10 days!!! We could never have done that in the past, plus getting people checked in was super easy.

Pros: What I like most about the software is what it offers the customers and the follow up emails. I like how it saves all the half way bookings with a follow up email. Better than Fareharbor

Cons: What I like least about this software is often when I call in customer support I am on hold forever and the message says I'm next in line. They never pick up and I could be next in line for over a half hour

Fairly easy to use. Hard to implement rules without customer support.

Pros: Price is great. Once it's set up, it works pretty efficiently. Scheduling is straightforward and simple. Able to work offline. Fairly seamless with issuing customer communications.

Cons: Some of the setup is not intuitive, especially when creating new rules for implementation. I have to get customer service to help me set it up. Can also be slow sometimes.

We set up PeekPro about a year ago and never looked back.

Cons: I find the accounting side a bit difficult. The deposits are difficult to balance on the accounting side. I find they do not quite equal the amount that deposits into the account.

Pros: The software has saved me tons of time and fuss. Plus if I need help, I can get it right away. Also, I have ideas of special things I want to do for my customers and Peek team members help me figure out how to implement them within the software framework.

Cons: When I reschedule a guest in PeekPro to a different date and event, the guest does not receive an immediate email indication that the change was made.

Overall: Saving hours a day! My customers get responses from "me" automatically. In the past I had to do it all manually myself.

I really enjoy using Peek to set up events for my classes. But it can be a bit confusing to navigate

Pros: Integration with my website calendar, customr invoicing and tracking, ease of payment set up, I like the detailed modifications that can be made for each event and the ability to modify existing events easily.

Cons: I need a flow chart to create new events. It is great that the app is so configurable, but it is very confusing to navigate setting up new events and adding them to the calendar.

Pros: Peek has been a great addition to my Virtual Reality business. As the sole owner and proprietor, I rely on Peek's convenience to keep things running on schedule.

By integrating with Google calendar, I get notifications before each upcoming booking. The POS system also makes it incredibly easy to manage walk-up customers.

Cons: There are times that integrating calendars can be tricky for me, but after a few tries I was able to figure it out. Now all my calendars are synced!

This software makes life easier and converts more sales.

Pros: I like that I can run and even configure the software from my phone in the field. I like that I can receive text confirmations and even confirm or decline reservation requests with a quick text code reply.

Cons: Scheduling time off for a resource or guide is tedious. I need to either cancel an entire chunk that I scheduled (I usually schedule a month or more blocks) OR I need to go into each activity one at a time and remove the resource or guide for every day and every activity that the guide or resource is not available. It would be MUCH easier and faster if I could just enter a date range to make a resource or guide unavailable and would take a few minutes rather than a half hour or more to schedule a vacation or illness for guide. I have made this feature request many times as I'm sure others have but obviously must be very challenging feature to add.

Overall: I can run my business sales more automated and spend much less time on the phone. This software brings my business up to date and into the mobile and electronic marketplace.

Love Peek Pro! It has made running my business so much easier.

Pros: Automation of tour bookings on the calendar, ease of use (it's very intuitive), customer support is top notch!

Cons: That tour reviews aren't being shown publicly on our website.

Rerouting of reviews of 4/5 or higher to Yelp or TripAdvisor is no longer possible. Though we are grandfathered into this feature based on when we signed up for Peek, I have to go through customer support every time I want to make a change to what page our reviews are being rerouted to, which takes time. Wish we could go back to how quick and easy this could be edited.

Good system, but lacks a lot of functionality we had with a different system (Zozi Advanced).

Pros: Bundles has been very useful! Although, if the customer is paying later, you then have to cancel and re-bundle the activities when they do pay or have separate payments which is annoying. The reports are also nice. Splitting payments by ticket.

Cons: Biggest con is the lack of features. You can't split payments in the app. You can't split payments by cost (although by ticket is nice!). You can't apply a discount code after someone has already booked. You can't apply a code to a specific ticket type. In our community, people love booking last minute (under an hour), but the system only allows an activity to be booked 1+ hours in advanced or right up to the activity. Our activities are time sensitive and we don't want people booking under 30 minutes because there wouldn't be enough time for people to arrive and start on time. We'd like there to be an option of being able to book up to '30 minutes' (at least) before an activity starts. Also, we'd like to be able to close out 1 or more activities after at least 2 or 3 have been booked. As of right now, we can only close out the rest of our activities after only 1 activity has been booked. Finally, there is no way to create gift cards codes for a physical gift card. We have physical gift cards that customers can purchase in-store, but we have to set it up like a discount code instead of a regular gift card which ultimately messes with taxes.

I started utilizing Peek Mainly because of their pricing options. I have been impressed so far.

Pros: Quick payouts, reporting functions, auto email generation capabilities, coupon generation capabilities, and calendar syncing.

Cons: The ability to change and copy tour products is clunky and time consuming. The lack of 24/7 live chat support is sometimes frustrating.

I like peek, it's easy to use and offers quite good customization.

Pros: When we ask for a new feature, it's usually already in the works, and implemented in a matter of months. Timing wise it feels like the platform is growing with our business.

Cons: New feature communication is limited at best. Chat support can be spotty, most recently I showed chat support how to do what I was asking them to help me with.

Pros: I like how I can link it to my staffs Google calendars and we can all get live up to date information.

Cons: I still can't grasp how to create a new event and get it live. I can create the event, put it in my calendar, but I still can't get it visible on my site.

Pros: The best part of this software is the configurability. Most function I can configure myself. It is loaded with functionality

Cons: Not too sure the direction the company is going, what new features are in the works or coming. There is alot of functionality, but not the amount of user documentation you would expect to understand or setup the functionality.

Overall: Best benefit to this software is it's configurability. No need to wait for someone to get something configured for you.

Software is perfect for our business. Peak Pro customer service was absolutely stellar.

Pros: So many options and features. It has it all. Schedule Guides, equipment, discounts. They thought of everything.

Pros: The visual aspect of it for the customer. It looks great and professional.
I really like the help section. So much of it is covered.

Cons: It is confusing what units are coming and going. I wish it had a delivery and pick up portion.
The webinar videos are a little confusing on the first watch as there is so much being explained. I do plan to watch more of them.

It has been a good experience so far. It really makes keeping track of reservations easy.

Pros: Really like the manifest and the ease of making a bookings and taking payment. We also enjoy the reports and analytics that we can tie into the software.

Cons: Gift cards and promos not in love with at all. Not the easiest to set up and we have run in to several problems in the past. When we switch from Zozi to Peek, I do not know why you could not transfer all our data into yours so we had our entire year of reports within one system. Really was not happy with that and now we can not access ZOZI reports anymore. Those reports are so important to understand the growth of our business to generate more business for us and you. We also feel like their are so many steps to complete any tasks. It took a really long time for us to feel comfortable with your booking system. There are things you all are better then zozi for sure but you also need to learn from their setup that made them so simple, clean, and productive.

Pros: It's relatively easy to use once it's set up. I like the fact that I can make changes on my own quickly.

Cons: I would like for the customer service team to jump onboard and fix things when I have a problem rather than telling me how to do it. That's what I at you for.

Pros: PeekPro's automated emails have sped up our routine drastically while still providing customers with all the essential information for each venue we work with. Creating shows and bookings are a breeze. The reports provided are sleek and easy to export. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend!

Cons: We would benefit from more customization on reports before exporting. While additional questions can be added to fill out during bookings, the information is not seachable.

Overall: Comprehensive and automatic booking and payment confirmations to customers, and a faster booking routine for employees.
