Pros

The app makes things easier when we're busy. Being able to see a fuller time frame of availability on there is super helpful because it makes it easy to get the appropriate equipment ready. My guides use the app to get ready for a tour.

Pros

The user side of is quite attractive, with the design integration between web and phone making it simple to reserve a seat.

Cons

A couple of button functions that could be useful during the setup would be the calendar being viewable before selecting the type of pass they will purchase, as well as the shopping cart feature to purchase more than 1 pass in a single transaction.

Pros

It's straightforward to use and has a lot of helpful features. It also has an attractive design that blends in fairly well with our website.

Cons

The app failed (caused by an update) right in the middle of our rush period, which meant my employees did not have the information they needed to check in guests.

Our sales have increased, the customer support and service is fabulous, the program itself and app are easy to use and easy to read. I recommend this program to friends that also have tour companies. So glad you guys called me to offer this valuable tool for our business!

Pros

Easy to learn, easy to use and it is flexible so I can continue running the business the way I want to but spend less time doing emails and invoices back and forth with clients like I used to.

Cons

The clients that book our FULL DAY charters always email and ask me about the number of people they booked the reservation for. In your system the first person counts as the base rate of 5 or less passengers. So if they have 7 people in the group, their email will say that their reservation is for 3 people, not 7. I always have to clear that up. Also when the accounting department sends the breakdown of charges, the dates and times are not correct or it just says "N/A"

Pros

We like most the few clicks it takes for our customers to book our experiences. A seamless booking flow was most important to us as we decided which platform to use.

Cons

Peek meets all of our needs, but if I had to pick a flaw, I would say that the Peek platform seems to be primarily built (or originally built) for experiences. We use Peek for renting equipment AND experiences. The equipment booking works well but looks like it was an add-on to the platform.

Pros

I like how easy to use the software is. The peek team has helped me every step of the way while implementing their software into my company. You can't go wrong using . Great people and great software! If you're thinking about how you're going to organize your new tour company, definitely get the peek software. It has helped me make many sales already!

Overall, it was a pretty seamless experience implementing 's software within our site.

Pros

Being able to customize to the business' needs was to me, the best part about this product. Deployment and ease of integration to the existing website was a breeze with the help of Peek's 5 customer service reps by our side helping us learn the product that allowed us to maintain all aspects we needed to have with our new site.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of was difficult with Peek due to their impeccable customer service.

We are just starting a mountain bike guiding company and the payment and check out process for our clients need to be easy and stress free. I think this platform will totally achieve that!

Pros

I thought the rep was always helpful and available to answer all the questions we had. This is a daunting task but it was smooth with you guys.

Cons

The telephone connection was a little hard to hear on our end. Im not sure if it was my phone or not, but that could have been a little better.

I signed up with a few months ago. Outside of our season, to give myself time to set it up. Sounded super at first, but by now (one week before season start) I am sooo frustrated with them. Customer support has gotten so much worse over the last two months. Now I have to wait for days for an answer to a questions. Some questions have simply be ignored and haven't been dealt with at all. There are problems with the system, which is the worst, because customer support doesn't seem to know how to deal with that. For example, I am trying to show the sales tax on the confirmation/receipt email for my customers (so they can use it for a tax invoice - it is law to show the sales tax), but it doesn't seem possible to show that. Customers have been charged twice, had funny extra fees that nobody could explain, that I had to pay for, backend bookings show wrong prices off and on etc. Wrong numbers on reports! I had a heart to heart conversation with partner support about their performance and was ready to change companies, but they promised things would be better from now on... now I am really in a pickle because nothing has improved and I have run out of time to change. I hope the season will not be a total disaster!! The only reason I am not voting 0 stars is the patience of customer service. They keep their cool and are friendly.

Peek's system is working great, and I'm really happy to have partnered with them! People can purchase tickets a lot easier, booking is simpler and automated email confirmations streamlines everything for me. I also see the extra sales coming in from Peek.com which is great. When i was with another company I didn't have this. I don't have any complaints!

Pros

Price is great. Once it's set up, it works pretty efficiently. Scheduling is straightforward and simple. Able to work offline. Fairly seamless with issuing customer communications.

Cons

Some of the setup is not intuitive, especially when creating new rules for implementation. I have to get customer service to help me set it up. Can also be slow sometimes.

When I first started with Peek I was on the live chat weekly for help in learning the nuances of the system. They always worked with me to teach me how to do it myself, although there are some functions that I have them do for me and the great staff are always willing and able to help. I especially like the responsiveness.

Pros

Peek is automated to a point where I receive alerts when customers buy. Those customers receive automated notices with instructions about their tour.

Cons

I do not use Peek for large group tour payments. The customer wold be paying a high percentage booking fee and I loose part of my payout. I only take deposits for large group tours in the Peek system.

Pros

allows us to do more with our business. Our business offers some activities that are done outside of the office or some that need to be tailored to the customer's needs such as team building exercises. Peek Pro makes it easy for us to tailor these activities and book them quickly. Our guest now have more options when it comes to their bookings and its very easy for them to navigate and book their appointments. The customer service has been great, and the setup team was very thorough and easy to work with. I would suggest any business in our community to use Peek Pro for their online booking software.

Cons

We do request an easier way for us to display our deals that are set on the "advanced pricing" section. Currently, we have to set it in the description box of our activities, but it would be great for a more automated feature.

The training was very intensive and the trainer was willing to answer any and all questions. He worked through everything thoroughly and well and got our business "live" very quickly.

Pros

This service seems to cover most of the things that we need to run this small business. It will free up time to spend on what we do best: serve our customers.

Cons

I am still trying to get used to technology, so I haven't used it enough to know yet.

Overall, our experience has been great but would love to see more options to assist small operators market there tours and manage selling our tours on trip advisor. Also, would have liked an assigned account manager who could assist us in these needs.

Pros

I was looking for a modern, streamlined, easy to use reservations system and I found that with PeekPro.

Cons

I would have liked more international features since my company was located in Mexico receiving travelers from all over the world. So the option to toggle between languages was missing for me. You currently can only choose one language.

I'm extremely pleased and having customers reserve their spot online and sign the waiver in advance makes my life much easier than inputting their information when they arrive.

Pros

Staff walked me through the entire process from creating a booking, waivers, reports, collecting tax, and everything in between. The customer support far exceeded my expectations.

Cons

After everything was up and running, I found out that listings on peek.com result in a higher percentage fee.

When we ask for a new feature, it's usually already in the works, and implemented in a matter of months. Timing wise it feels like the platform is growing with our business.

Cons

New feature communication is limited at best. Chat support can be spotty, most recently I showed chat support how to do what I was asking them to help me with.
