Organization. Multiple features. Less time on the phone and more people booking!

Pros

The features. The flexibilty. Multiple activity options, specific guide options, mobile friendly, detail tax options, digital waivers.. everything I could go on and on and on. Its the best for my tour company! People can EASILY book online saving me a ton of time off the phone. Great on the IPAD mini to quickly book someone while on the phone!

Cons

It took a little while to get used to. BUT, only because it has so many great features to learn how to use!

Pros

It's been easy to use Peek! This is the first time that I have used a system like this and have no complaints. When I, or my employees have any questions I've been able to contact Peek through either their Partner Support or my current contacts to talk the issue through and resolve it. One of my favorite features are the notifications that my employees receive. When we have an online booking, our employees are able to get notification on when they will be needed. Overall I've been enjoying my time using Peek.

Pros

I do like how easy the software is up front and the ease that comes with it to be able to book things for customers.

Cons

On the back end it can be a bit difficult to set things up. To make a question with answers which will affect the price of the rental, there are too many steps to get to the place you need to be. Also, this software is more geared toward activities instead of rental machines, which does not work well for our company, which creates more back roads that we have to take in order to make it flow.

Pros

It's a problem-solving, time and money saving solution. Very easy to use and very helpful in all areas. It keeps me fully organized so I can really start to grow as a company. The customer service is just the best.

Cons

PeekPro basically has solved most of the problems and situations when it comes to managing a tour operator company. There's a couple of areas that we have already requested in order to grow even faster. The good thing is that they're always working on updating the system to solve those issues.

Peek has made a big difference in my business. Prior to using peek, my online booking system was rough and a bit of a challenge to navigate. People were turned off by it and sometimes even ended up calling to question if they had the right site. After integrating Peek into my website, I have gotten more online bookings in 6 months than the previous life of my business. I LOVE the automated email feature! It has been wonderful to have reminders and thank you's go out with no additional time taken on my part. It is seamless in its integration into my site and the reporting features are very helpful too. If you are seeking a professional booking system for your ongoing events, look no further. I am also thankful that Peek allows me to register people who call or otherwise book a session, but choose to not pay online'.I just add them to the register via the backdoor management system.

The best part of the software is the the company passes the charge forward to the customer so the business does not have to pay for each transaction

Cons

I found this software to be very unintuitive, making refunds could often be confusing and the mobile app was so basic it was hard to get work done.

Been with Peek for a few months and have really been impressed with the level of service, the calendar is easy, integration was seamless, and customer service prompt. My only complaint is the "Apple Only" as far as apps and mobile support. It makes mobile check ins, credit card processing, etc not possible from a phone. So if you have an Android system, be warned that a lot of the fantastic mobile features are blocked for us.

Pros

Great customer service, ease of integration, great calendar system.

Cons

Mobile app is Apple only, so if you have Android you are locked out of a lot of really cool features.

Better control of my business.

Pros

Great customer service, ease of use and beautiful user interface for customers. Easy integration. Pricing is very accessible and flexible depending on your needs.

Cons

The software is lacking some features found on other software such as rezdy , There are walkarounds to this problems and the staff has been very helpful trying to sort these problems out. Like most software, it does have some bugs. However support is great and they try to do their best to solve this problems.

We really like and we are looking forward to continuing to use it.

Pros

This will help us streamline our business immensely with the booking tool, calendar tool, and automatic emails. The customer service is also great. CSR provided us lots of helpful and personalized support.

Cons

There are some things that are not super intuitive, like setting different pricing for holidays and some other components that we are still learning. We are avid users of Airbnb (since we are super hosts) and PeekPro isn't quite as intuitive as Airbnb.

Pros

I love how we can run our entire operation with Peek, even bookings that are done through other means can be input into our Peek system and we just work all of our logistics from there. Their reports are easy to get and understand and the system is fast and reliable. Also, great and very personal tech support at all times.

Cons

I'd love to be able to have more control over customizing the visual aspects of their booking front-end but it's not a big deal since it looks fantastic already.

I was with a different service for 8 months. I should have went with originally. They make no false promises and deliver on every request within their ability. I would and have recommended Peek to my friends. My advice would be...know what you need from the Peek Pro system. Make sure you are able to relay that to your tech. Lastly, play in the system so you are comfortable. It is easy and they are always there to help. Don't rely on them to do everything for your within the system. Learn it. I can't speak for all the sales members or techs but, I had Jessica & Ping by my side and it was seamless.

Pros

Peek has been a great addition to my Virtual Reality business. As the sole owner and proprietor, I rely on Peek's convenience to keep things running on schedule. By integrating with Google calendar, I get notifications before each upcoming booking. The POS system also makes it incredibly easy to manage walk-up customers.

Cons

There are times that integrating calendars can be tricky for me, but after a few tries I was able to figure it out. Now all my calendars are synced!
