One of the things I love about is how user friendly it is. When I first decided to try it they told me to go ahead and try to start getting set up in it before the phone training. It was so easy to understand and follow that I had a number of my tours set up before the training and I was able to ask questions based on what I had already learned. It is super easy to make changes in and so far I am thrilled with this online ticketing sales software. I'm doing virtually free what I know my competitors are paying big bucks for. Keep up the good work Peek!

We were able to register 560 people for our Haunted Tours in just 10 days!!! We could never have done that in the past, plus getting people checked in was super easy.

Pros

How quickly our customers can get registered with just a few clicks. Able to make changes very quickly and on the fly. Looking forward to trying the kiosk feature in the future.

Cons

Not always intuitive to use. Like using "products" instead of "activities" and why the calendar doesn't open right to the current week. Embedding photos and links into emails aren't always easy. I'd also like to embed the waiver and have it signed at the time of registration.

has helped me streamline my new business. It makes the entire purchase process for the customer and myself seamless. Peek also puts all of my customer information at my fingertips. It even lets my customers sign their waivers on Peek's app on my phone. Pretty amazing! And Peek Pro's customer service and support is great. They've been there to help me set everything up, make changes, and problem solve all the way along. I really think Peek Pro has helped me capture more sales because it's a quality platform that works. Peek Pro is definitely worth it!

We've been using Peek for about 8 or 9 months now. It was a little rocky at first getting the process flow down and integrating with Groupon and Amazon Local, but it works well now. I signed up with the expectation that the Peek.com website would be live in my area in January of 2015, so I'm pretty disappointed about that not being the case 6 months after. Especially with the lack of updates or response to my un-answered inquiries about a new time frame. But the app itself works well, and the newer features to get paid out more regularly are helpful too.

Pros

What really impressed me is I'm emailed whenever someone charters a Dolphin/Eco/ Historic and or Fossil Tour.

Cons

At first I was disappointed that Peek couldn't help optimizing my website but then I got in touch with Google problem solved!

Pros

People are able to find my tours, select and book them easily. I also run a Groupon deal. With Peek, customers just enter their voucher numbers and go through the booking flow easily. I've gotten positive feedback from my customers!

has made booking on our site so much easier to navigate on our end and for our customers. We recently launched our new website and were in the market for a new booking system as the current system running wasn't compatible. After lots of research and phone calls we decided to go with Peek PRO and couldn't be happier! Blacking out non bookable dates, changing available times & even making promotional discount codes is a breeze! 5 out of 5 stars! Central Texas Speedway will be recommending Peek to our partners and friends for sure!

After experiencing some growing pains from offering glassblowing classes, Peek seemed like a perfect fit for what I needed in online booking software. I looked at other companies, but their user interfaces seemed awkward with extra steps. Peek's interface is incredibly simple - so simple that I was able to set everyone up after watching a demo and before a scheduled set up session with a Peek tech. I also like how the pricing is not all on me and that my customers can help pay for the service, as it makes their experience easier as well.

We're excited to kick off the season with PeekPro. We were originally using a different online booking system and ran into a lot of problems with functionality. With Peek, we are able to use online booking for our kayak and paddleboarding rentals to really help reduce the calls to the shop. We just got our first online booking this week and the weather is looking really good so we're expecting more! In terms of the setup of our account, everything went smoothly and was very easy. We are trained and looking forward to using the system.

Using Peek has been an easy going process. The younger generation has op-in to purchase online vs. phone calling. Peek managing system is designed to help you with reservations, financial & more. Peek staff is amazing always great to work with when you have a billion questions. Before using Peek we tried another company and it was a hassle and no customizing emails or being able to send customers reminders and thank you notes like Peek. Peek design has been pretty easy and fast to learn. Peek has worked very well for Spirit Cruises.

I offer horseback tours on the Gettysburg Battlefield and last fall I started online booking with Peek. I am very happy with their system and getting used to it each and every day. When I call for technical support they get back with me promptly. And the sales girl Alex was really just wonderful very personable and very helpful. She was also a good sales person because I was dragging my feet to initiate online bookings. I am very glad I joined Peek and I'm looking forward to a wonderful and much more organized 2016!!!

offers small businesses (like mine) an easy to use, very affordable online booking application. For those who are not tech savy (again like me) there staff is readily available and has answered all of my questions and provided excellent support.

Cons

Some minor difficulties setting up my banking information since I am located in Canada but they provided a lot of assistance in resolving the issues.

Peek has given us a lot of free time that we didn't have before. Their staff is great to work with - the set up process with them was a breeze and they answered all of my questions. The system is easy to use and has a lot of options - more than most people would want use! I looked at 15-20 online systems and none of them were as flexible as this. We are excited to use it during the down season because before we only answered emails a few days a week but now customers will be able to book whenever they want!
