Pros

I love how easy the user interface is to operate and I love the availability of customer support. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was incredibly helpful in solving a persisting issue that my business has had. Overall very happy with the software.

Cons

The widget flows can be difficult at times, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was extremely helpful in mitigating my issues.

online calendar on website, no high fees, easy system for team.

Pros

The best part is this software is designed for the user, cheap and can be used in Costa Rica. This tool will be of great help for waivers, payment hold and organizing offline bookings. No monthly fees means a business like ours that is just starting can grow into Peek Pro and progress the old school methods and accountanting from the beginning without investing too much time. Their team is fast to respond and quick to help, usually I don't like email spam but peek training spam was very helpful. Made my questions more specific and less about general use.

Cons

Peek Software has yet to create spilt payment and deposit on one, though they are working to improve it. Also the waiver signature would be ideal on the waiver info when downloaded. Though really are more good thing than bad.

Reason for choosing Peek Pro

works in Costa Rica for the payment processor and the fees are minimal. Also looked nicer to operate, and was after doing trail runs with over 4 others software systems.

We are a seasonal business using a third-party booking program for the first time, and chose Peek after talking with a couple of different booking platform options. The system is very easy to learn, and we have been able to take care of everything pretty much on our own. Whenever I have needed any support, the Peek team has been AMAZING, promptly answering questions via phone and email, and taking care of problems on their end quickly. The only real downside that I noticed with the program is that it had a tendency to freeze on my computer, but after speaking with Peek about it, they have done some tweaking, and things work MUCH better now. The app (we use an iPad at the dock for charging) works pretty well too, but it also operates a little slowly sometimes - I think that part of the problem is we have a number of tours available at many times every day, which puts a lot of pressure on the system. I have spoken with Peek support about these issues, and I am very happy to see that when I make suggestions, changes appear, not just in the speed of operation, but also little tweaks to the program. They really seem to listen and respond to the feedback of their customers, which I greatly appreciate. Thanks, Peek, and hopefully we can continue this relationship for a long time to come!

We're a small business with no dedicated admin staff - Peek Pro has been invaluable for us and a key factor in the sustained increase in our online booking numbers. As a parasailing operator, bad weather sometimes forces water activities at our location to be closed at short notice, and being able to quickly deal with customer notifications, rescheduling and refunds is a feature of Peek Pro that we find particularly useful. Have to also mention the wide variety of business reports that can be generated - just so vital and no way we would be able to capture this useful information ourselves.

Pros

Fits in with our work flows, business practices and way of doing things - Peek Pro adapted to our business, we didn't adapt our business to the software. Excellent customer support and easy to use by staff not comfortable/familiar with business software.

After using a different reservation management tool for a while, we finally upgraded to Peek. Some of the highlights: - Get paid next day - Easy to use apps on ipad, laptop, phone for checking people in, managing reservations, searching customers, etc. - Easy to create a wide variety of activities. - Great customer support when we need it. - Easy to structure additional fees, taxes, gratuities into the payment of the activities. - Relatively low fees for the service. We love it. It works great, and my whole team has no problem managing the reservations now.

Pros

Peek Pro has allowed the customization I need for my niche business. It is easy to use. They take care of the setup and follow up with you after the initial setup. They don't disappear after the initial setup. They had multiple "views" for the activities schedule. I was able to keep the custom trips I offer AND get the calendar view I needed. I am excited to keep working with them.

Pros

Cons

The system charges a percentage to my customers. This was the only reason I hesitated in the beginning, my market is very tight and I feared my customers would not like the increase in price. But they worked with me and my unique situation and I am confident it will be worth it.

The fact it doesn’t work on mobile is huge, but so would’ve stayed with them through the fix if they had worked on it and kept me updated on progress. Customer service has been as horrid as it possibly could be.

Pros

The front end was pretty handy once set up.

Cons

Guests cannot schedule on mobile and customer support has abandoned even trying to fix it. Also does not work with hard gift cards. Does not collect info on all waiver signers, only on those who purchase.

Tracking customers and cancellations right now is the most important. It's easy with Peek Pro. I feel much more confident with Peek than the former company I used that broken links will not occur between Peek and Vendors such as Viator and Expedia.

Pros

The greatest help is the staff at the help desk. Friendly and knowledgeable, I get the answers I need quick just by calling. The software seems to be working great and I know how to use most of the options!

Cons

Peek staff assisted greatly in setting up my business, thank you very very much!

Pros

Flexibility and absolutely stellar customer service. Peek was able to customize their system to accommodate our current usage, and actually greatly enhanced our booking process. So much easier to capture bookings and sales.

Cons

It was a slight learning curve, but that's mainly because we've had to unlearn our last system. After a few customizations, and personal tutorials we were back on top.

Pros

I have a unique business model and it was really helpful to have the team help me discuss how Peek can meet my needs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the multiple checkins... it was a clearly thought out onboarding process.

Cons

The user interface (from an admin perspective) is a little clunky. I am still familiarizing myself with certain parts. For example, it took me forever to figure out how to change my company logo after I got a new one.... and if you asked me today, I wouldn't be able to tell you how I did it. Little confusing, but not too bad.

Overall great! Customer service response timing could be better (Currently 2+ days), however it is effective when replied.

Pros

This software removes 99% of my effort, headache, and challenges. For the most part it works very well!

Cons

Rescheduling from the mobile app and/or changing pricing is a nightmare. As well, it would be very helpful for an "Add Tip" button to be integrated into final payment.

#1 booking software program.

Pros

This software was a complete godsend when it came into my life while I was doing marketing. We provided wine tours to individuals and typically downloaded their information to put into our emailing system. The old software we used to use was clunky and complicated. Peek pro was fantastic, the thing I liked most about them is that you had the ability to either pay for the software yourself, or include just a small fee with every booking you received. Also, let's talk about how absolutely AMAZING their customer service team was. If I ever had any sort of problems they got back to me within an hour, and often times with their online chat support they were back to me within minutes. I would highly recommend this software to anyone.

Cons

Honestly, I can't say one thing that I didn't like about this software, it is perfect for large and small business, and even has an eCommerce area where you can sell merchandise.

Peek has done nothing but support the needs of our growing company. We are much more organized with the help of Peek and are able to set up and offer so many more class options with its help. I honestly couldn't imagine going back and doing everything "long hand" the way we used to- it just wouldn't work for us. I have never experienced such kindness and willingness to help with a company before. Thank you Peek!

Pros

You can speak to an actual person. Every time. Like, every single time. It's unheard of in 2015 and it is so appreciated.

Cons

Private class options so we are able to send custom payment links to customers so they can pay online instead of having to call in with payment.

### "Not the greatest Tour solution in the world"

Meh. Didn't really drive any new tours and did a poor job of integrating into our website. Customer service was really bad.

Pros

I liked the color yellow. Their web interface is pleasing to the eye.

Cons

Customer service was a negative. I reached out to them for a simple question and it took nearly two hours for a rep to respond. We immediately chose to switch our tour system. We are surprised at how rapidly the other companies responded when trying their free trials. We now use FareHarbor and are much more pleased with it's integration into the website and the customer service.

Pros

Really like the manifest and the ease of making a bookings and taking payment. We also enjoy the reports and analytics that we can tie into the software.

Cons

Gift cards and promos not in love with at all. Not the easiest to set up and we have run in to several problems in the past. When we switch from Zozi to Peek, I do not know why you could not transfer all our data into yours so we had our entire year of reports within one system. Really was not happy with that and now we can not access ZOZI reports anymore. Those reports are so important to understand the growth of our business to generate more business for us and you. We also feel like their are so many steps to complete any tasks. It took a really long time for us to feel comfortable with your booking system. There are things you all are better then zozi for sure but you also need to learn from their setup that made them so simple, clean, and productive.

It doesn't make sense to me a non-technical user. However, customer service is excellent at listening to me and directing me to the information and answers I need.

I have been using peek now for about a year. The biggest thing that sold me was the User Experience for booking. Having been a Rezdy user before I needed a solution that allowed a user the least amount of clicks to book. Peek was the best solution provider due to the fact they also did not force the user to move over to a different window or a weird frame within a frame. The resource management feature was huge for our small company but lets just say it still has a couple small bugs to work out. The app is amazing for helping tell my staff what their schedule of tours looks like and being able to check folks in. The automated emails work well with the customizations .... but I wish i code code the emails a bit further. Overall if you are looking for a great tour operator solution Peek is the go to. I vetted and continue to keep my eyes open for other options and most come up short of what Peek has been able to produce.
