A smaller aircraft should not take over three months to be onboarded, and we are still waiting with little to no communication. Pros I have not found any positives with Veryon yet, however Flightdocs was great in the past. If you buy a company, make sure you continue the service. Cons We never got to use the service properly because our customer's plane has taken 9+ weeks to be onboarded, including uploading our customer's aircraft to the wrong tail/serial number with no one catching the mistake. I also like in the inventory search everything populates as you start your word search. Cons When exporting a parts list, for full inventory, I wish the list included bin location. Then it would be great to sort by bin location before being exported. Pros Its easy to search tasks and pull reports for utilization Cons For engines we cant see the estimated due date for a tracked item in the due list. We see the hrs remaining but it doesnt convert to date based on daily utilization. However if you download the due list it will tell you estimated date. The system is user friendly and easy to adjust to. Cons I would like to see our engine inspection to be able to only show parent and not all the child codes on the due list. I would also like to see the permissions separated more.
