Pros: The Enterprise platform has been easy to use. For the most part it is intuitive and easy to find what you are looking for with only a few clicks. Signing off maintenance items is very straight forward and adding them to a logbook entry is a seamless process. Really like the Work Order function as it helps us to plan out our next maintenance events and capture all necessary items in one spot as well as sign them off in a group. The functionality across platforms (ie. PC, iPad, iPhone) really adds another level of ease of use. Adding attachments is a breeze. The ability to track history on components is also a big plus and is easy to access. Print outs are clean and organized and give you many options as to what variables you may want to include in a maintenance card or logbook. Another great part about the software is that it continues to be improved both from a functionality and features stand point based on customer feedback and industry demands. The Maintenance Information Center is also a great way to quickly see what's coming due.

Apart from the software itself though I have to mention the staff. You can always get someone when you call in and you don't have to go through a phone tree to get there! They've been very easy to work with and not only take care of any issues we have, but also get them done quickly and accurately. They listen to customer comments on needed improvements and make changes as appropriate. They've been a pleasure to work with.

Cons: When signing off individual maintenance tasks in a work order before the entire work order is done, there isn't an easy way to put the same compliance date on all tasks once you go to sign off the entire work order. Consequently if you have a work order that takes you a week and you sign off tasks each day there will be 5 different dates on the tasks unless you go back and revise each task to reflect the final day of sign off. So far the new checklist feature doesn't allow you to have a recurring checklist. Each time you want to do the same checklist (ie. a post flight) you have to create a new one from a saved template. No way to assign a Purchase Order to a specific aircraft.

Pros: Easy to navigate through the entire site. Color coding of maintenance blocks help to identify immediate attention. Inventory is a snap to track all of my parts in the warehouse or out being repaired. As an administrator I'm able to make changes in the program without having to always call for customer support. This saves me time and hassle. If I need help, Flightdocs customer service always picks up by the second ring and helps me when I'm on the line to correct an issue. Flightdocs is improving their product by listening to the industry. I've often made suggestions to add or change the software for our operation in hopes that it will also help other operators.

Cons: I wish that there was a section of the program where I could load all of my operating manuals and have them accessed through the App or at a desktop. We currently use another product for this which works great but I have to pay two software companies.

Overall: Fantastic experience overall! There's no need to go anywhere else.

Pros: "User Friendly" is what I like most about the software. The entire design of the software is based around the user interactions and is developed to ensure full functionality of transactions and reporting.

Cons: There are still features that require development and inclusion. The team is very responsive and is working with us to roadmap and get priorities established which will improve the system for our organization and other customers as well.

Overall: My overall experience with Flightdocs so far has been very positive. Not only is their customer service team always available, but they truly want to help and provide system expertise and support at every turn. It is refreshing to work with an organization that is responsive, drives results, and listens to the needs of its customers. Flightdocs demonstrates a sincere desire to show continuous improvement that results in better software capabilities, cost savings, reporting and efficiencies for organizations interested in implementing a software solution.

Pros: Home page/ Dashboard is nice. Customer Service has always been great

Cons: Not enough links. To research work done you must click a few times to find last work scanned. Tolerance time doesnt show instantly up front on task. When planning for a large inspection where you have to juggle time it can be a pain. I need instant knowledge of this. CMP was great with this. BIG issue is when putting in times for component changes. FD doesnt calculate time since new, repair, and overhaul. CMP did this and it eliminated mistakes

Overall: Its nice, but not too intuitive I hate to keep saying this but CMP had good layout

Pros: With multiple aircraft, like operations/statuses can be viewed together on the same screen.

Cons: A few non typical information points have to be navigated and there are not direct shortcuts

Overall: We are a 24/7/365 flight department. No matter what time of day someone always answers the phone. Huge difference from utilization of past MX tracking services. Better on the budget and definitely a pleasure to talk to for issues or questions. When you have a problem or even a suggestion to improve something for your fleet; they listen and react. Positively react!

Pros: Software can do most anything that we would require. When we recognize items it can't accomplish we let Flightdocs know and functionality is usually included in future updates.

Cons: Enterprise has more functionality that previous version of Flightdocs, but it does require interaction than the previous version. Would be nice if some of the functionality was simplified like the original version of Flightdocs.

Pros: How easy it is to use the software. Having an electronic signature for all the documents. Having link to the maintenance manual.

Cons: Not having all the links for the inspections you have some but not all the inspections have links. Some times I've run into a problem with how you name some of the components. It is a little different from what I have used before.

Overall: It saves a lot of time and make a nice loge book.

Pros: It is so easy to use, and the customer support is the best in the industry. I have used all of the major tracking software and Flightdocs is by far the best out there.

Cons: I wish it was easier to sort my tracking by ATA code instead of having a key word. Other than that I have no complaints.

Overall: It makes keeping all of my aircraft compliant so easy. The customer support is second to none as well.

Pros: This system is very easy to Navigate. The pull down menues are very useful.

Cons: I cannot think is any Negatives. Most of the problems I have had have been self induced.

Overall: Flightdocs makes tracking our maintenance very easy. If you have a problem, Tech Support is just a phone call away. The staff are very positive and willing to help, no matter how small the problem. I find in most cases it is operator error.

It has been a very good product. There are features downstream that would help others.

Pros: It is pretty simple to operate. You can have multiple screens to operate in at the same time. Having 24 Hr. access from anywhere and tech support 24/7 make this a great product.

Cons: 1) Not seeing the current part total time on the report. 2) The Flights tab is not really usable in helicopter operations, especially EMS, it takes too may steps to get to the point of creating a flight. 3) Templates that are not fully interactive with each aircraft.

Excellent layout and very user friendly.

Pros: Always available, the Mobil apps make on the road access easy. Support is just a call away and alway very helpful! The dash board is the best. Easy to use. Very power tool for our business.

Cons: Work order function doesn't show next do information like the task has when you move it to the work order tab. time remain or days till due would be very helpful in the work order. It also allows you to add the same task more team than once.

Pros: There's no training required to operate the program. The program is intuitive and easy to use. Pulling data to run reports in an Excel file is a snap.

Cons: No options to have simple report templates available such as completed work last month, last quarter or last year. Another would be a report on just discrepancies.

Overall: Time savings. Ease of use. Great support. The program is always up and running. We've never had the program give us any trouble.

Pros: Flightdoc has the most up to date technology and it caters to my companies needs.

Cons: navigation through the sight takes getting use to but once you do it comes natural.

Overall: Love that i get a live person within two rings and they solve my issue every time while i'm on the phone.

Pros: I love the customer support. Fast responses to concerns and questions answered quickly. By far the best around.

Cons: I can't print out a blank task card. It's difficult to narrow down a search between aircraft in your fleet when opening the program.

Pros: Easy to manage and track inventory. love the function of flagging you if your inventory will expire within 30 days.

Cons: Wish you could make internal notes on PO's, RO's SO's that don't reflect on the actual hardcopy.

Overall: I have enjoyed using Flightdocs so far! Customer service is great to work with! I can call anytime and they always assist with my questions/ concerns that I have.

Pros: There is not much I like most about this software. The software is simple set-up and user friendly. I like the ability to export information on .xls spreadsheet.

Cons: It is difficult to quickly do an update, i.e. revision. It seems if there was a template of a basic aircraft build, the aircraft would be consistent. The software is perfect for a part 91 operator, not a 135 operator. The reporting is not robust enough.

Overall: It assists with what the software was built to do, keep track of maintenance and what is coming due, however, with Flightdocs analysis or releases, the audit of the system is a daily.

Pros: The logbook entries are excellent and easily the best feature in the program. That and the customer support.

Cons: Search functions are not as intuitive as I would like. Information is there but rather than pre-canned searches it requires the operator to dig for the info.

Overall: Good program. Far different than CMP so for old farts like me there is a bit of a learning curve. Good support early on, then customer is left to fend for themselves. So it seems. Could just be that like move mechanics we hate to ask for help.

Pros: The ease of use. I'm an old guy and I find the system very intuitive and easy to use. The support is great! I always get an answer to my questions on the spot and I'm back on my way.

Cons: I'd like to see multiple compliance entries done at the same time.

Pros: Very in your face. I love the home screen clearly posting my information

Cons: So far haven't found an issue. We are a small flight department, hopefully we can use more if what the software has to offer

Overall: First impressions are critical. Had a question and not only did I get to speak to a real person when I called. We were able to cover other questions I didn't even know I had at the time. Very happy with the ease of the system and professionalism of the support team.

Pros: Friendly support people and would probably work if just using for maintenance tracking. They are definitely less expensive than other tracking programs but if you have a new airplane they have to build your tracking.

Cons: Did not deliver on their promises and would not refund our money. Make sure they can do what you request, and be using it, before you pay them or you'll be out the money.
