Pros: The sales function can be used as a CRM system.After the shipment query sales record is very convenient. Sales reports can filter different sales data, it is easy to analyze.
Manufacturing is very powerful.Set the assembly can automatically offset the raw materials, the factory management of the company is very convenient.
ERPAG can save a lot of time, it is recommended small, medium-sized companies to use.

Cons: No API and Order upload for EXCEL.When the amount of orders is growing, it is necessary to import customer information and order information.This can save a lot of time for customers who are engaged in online sales.APIs can be connected to their own website will become very convenient.

Overall: Save a lot of time.

ERPAG widely covers the needs of any retail company. It's a very intuitive and easy to use software.

Pros: Setting up your company's database in ERPAG is easier and faster than in most of the commercial ERPs you can find in the market. You can create a product catalog with almost as many product attributes as you need in just a matter of minutes. You are also able to upload not only product info, but also purchase orders, suppliers, customers, employees and many other tables from your own databases, by importing them into an excel file.
The latter plus the capability to customize data fields, either by literally translating fields to your local language or by changing names so that they can fit your business needs, it's a brilliant idea that I hadn't seen in any other ERP product out there.

Cons: There are currently no options to work with more than a single currency, which is a shame considering that businesses are becoming more and more globalized.

Overall: Probably the highest rated product in terms of price-quality ratio.
A highly and fast configurable product.
A very intuitive ERP that requieres shorter implementation and trainning times.
A fairly good GUI that makes it relatively easy to identify the next steps from the creation of a quotation to closing/booking a sales order.
A product that can be easily customizable without the need of technical support or contacting ERPAG development team. It is fantastic that you can customize document templates to adapt them to your business needs.

Pros: Multilanguage support, lots of features, awesome user interface, cloud based

Cons: No accounting

Overall: Using it for a year in my business, works great, functionality is great, features like service management with invoicing and retail sales with great inventory management. Cloud based functionality is great because i don't have to worry about backup or my computers speed, it works fast every time from anywhere. I can access it on my mobile phone (the screen is not adapted but i can still manage around in need). Customer support is very quick and responsive and they worked hard on my demands.
Overall i tried many many softwares and i would suggest this to anyone. The big downside is lack of accounting but since i have an outside bookkeeper it is not an issue for me. User interface is very well designed, for me it was very easy to learn to work with it, some of my workers say it has to many clicking but i don't see how else you can unite all those features.
My recomendation to anybody!

Pros: The company was extremely responsive to my needs and even implemented some capabilities that I requested. They also helped me with some data entry in order to save me the time of doing it myself or paying an employee to do it. Although they are in a time zone with a 9-10 hour difference, they always respond to my emails right away. We have scheduled late night support sessions so that I can get help when email support isn't enough.

Cons: The payment type of a sales order or invoice cannot be changed after it has been completed. Sometimes we make mistakes when entering orders, and I'd like to be able to go back and modify it.

Overall: The software does what I need it to do for the most part and the company listens to my needs and will sometimes make the necessary development upgrades.

We have two years with this product, it is very good product, but need better tropicalizacion

Pros: Spanish Support,

The Account Plan, has scheme, it is already built in and can't be changed. We need something modificable for our organizacio

The Purchase Order, that you need to correct should be done via manual journal vouchers.

The Notes in the purchase orders must be written manually, it does not allow copying and pasting. Sometimes it shows code and algorithms in the print format

In the purchase orders, the calculation of the tax is not being done automatically

Cons: It allows me to see in a single screen the financial behavior of the company

Pros: a really GOOD WORK and a full ERP which is not only for small business. the support team have a unbeliveable short reaction time...!

Cons: badly the new version 5.0 are more cost intensive than the old version. i understand that the price must be higher for the new version, because it's a really good work which the ERPAG Team efforts, but the price rise is really nearly the pain barrier...

Pros: Production made simple, easily track raw material, bill and pack finished product, and look super professional the whole way. They are always improving the product as well.

Cons: it takes some time to learn it, but this is the same with any ERP system on the market . It can seem a bit clunky at times, and production take a lot of work entering BOM's

Pros: In an hour or so I could figure out how the software works. So it will good to train new people fast compare to big-name software like SAP or Oracle.

Cons: There are still many features to be worked out. (a) The address fields in the forms do not follow the US address standard. I reported specific example via chat room,
(b) I believe you are still changing the software on a daily basis. At some point you need to freeze a rev and come back late with a diff rev with consolidated updates
(c) There should be more templates for quotation and invoicing. I could not find a template in quotation where I can quote tier-pricing to my customer. The template automatically sums them up at the bottom which is not right.

Overall: I could set up a small business in a very short period of time (from quotation to printing packing slip).

Pros: i like the fact that the software is cloud based. it gives me flexibilty in where i can work. Cloud is the future.

Cons: The fact that i can not customize some settings on demand gives me a headache since sometimes i need a quick change.

Pros: It seems to have all the features that the really expensive packages have and the pricing structure is very reasonable. Overall the best value I have seen in terms of the features you get for the cost and especially the usually real-time support for learning the software!

Cons: Like all of the systems I have tried, there is a learning curve, but the help has been great! I have not tested all features yet, but feel more confident upon seeing how responsived this company is!

Overall: So far, all of the features our growing company needs at a very reasonable cost. I think it will serve us for a very long time as we grow. The kind of support I have received while using the trial makes me very comfortable with the upcoming implementation phase.

From what I've seen, this product may serve us well.

Pros: The interface! I like the idea of partitioned functions isolated to the relevant departments, which could facilitate limiting access to specific arenas. I like the straight forward linear concept of point A to point B in navigation. I like the Extent of support in this initial phase of consideration. That speaks volumes about later support if we choose to purchase.

Cons: Not cons really, but anticipated concerns. I'm concerned about seeming dependence on Excel for source data. I'm concerned about later integration with Quickbooks, barcode scanning, and shipping software. I'm hoping it will be as seamless as promised.

Overall: Haven't purchased, yet. It's too early to tell

Pros: ease of use and user friendly. All the functions are very self explanatory. Graphics are very helpful to understand

Cons: Reporting is not up to the mark. Some of the reports don't make sense and other are useless. There's no proper training available on reporting

Overall: It really helped me to get started and then prepared me for our new software when we grew out of it.

It has been a mostly positive trial period so far. Very impressive.

Pros: The best thing for me is the ease of importing existing data. Having the ability to upload spreadsheets is awesome. Being able to copy and paste is a life saver for me. Most of the time I don't need the whole spreadsheet so being able to copy and paste rows makes it very nice.

Cons: The editing limitations for the templates. If the user could drag and drop the info blocks where they choose, I think would be a great feature. The user can hide the info block if they choose but they cant change the size or orientation on the template. Being able to arrange the blocks would allow them to customize and arrange the info as needed.

Its a whole new experience, I feel great with this solution, I think that it is unique in every way

Pros: In the company it is related to the flexibility that is provided to the software tools that are used. It provides customization, control and better management in search of absolute optimization. Everything is modifiable and open to be altered based on the needs that occur dynamically. Any change that needs to be made will be integrated and large resources will not have to be invested in external processes.

Cons: Implementing the ERP system is not a matter of a few days, but it is a complicated process that requires a lot of attention, so a thorough maintenance work must be carried out. At the same time, the template must be updated in the way in which the ERP system is used in terms of obtaining the data and analyzing and managing them. If this fails, if you leave it behind and the way in which the potential of the ERP is squeezed, everything can be out of control in a short time.

Pros: Have all the general function and some advanced function. It is suitable for my company in Taiwan and also in Europe. As trading company, it is enough for everything.

Cons: The Templates of invoice and credit note are always not working well. The connection time can be better, if you have server near my company. For example: Taiwan or HK

Pros: I am very impressed with the thoughtful approach to full scope manufacturing operations, without getting too complex for a business of our size. The modularity and granularity of modeling work operations is a huge plus

Cons: I'd like to see the ability to optimize order picking work flow to a shelf location floor plan. Currently There is only a packing list, but no specific pick list. This would be a valuable feature for our workflow.

Overall: Workflow modeling, operational data capture, efficiency metrics.

This software fits my needs exactly and helped me to merge inventory with accounting perfectly.

2. Nice interface that shows KPIs including margins, top customers

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to manual journals as the software does not record expenses automatically without doing a purchase order. However, it did make me learn a bit about accounting which worked out in the end as every business owner should know accounting basics anyway.

Cons: - I want to verify the volume and scalability of the products future strategic direction.

- I want to verify mobile capabilities on-device vs. just the emulator. I may need to purchase a license to do this.

- The user experience has a slightly more industrial and ERP-ish feel, but it's still fairly dynamic and interactive.

Pros: All in one system, and easy to use. I am planning to use the system to handle our inventory and POS system for our current status. ERPAG is one of my choices to keep working with....

Cons: We are selling on Amazon and Ebay marketplace, but currently it seem miss integration with Amazon and Ebay. We need all the data can sync together. So we can handle all transation in one place.

Pros: Very user friendly in most cases, offers a full package to fully run a small size business with great support of currencies, languages and functionality across what a typical ERP system should perform.
The simplicity of the system and its availability on the cloud makes it a very competitive solution against bigger and well known ERP systems.

Cons: Mostly no cones but would've been better to offer more options under the "Production" system. Additionally a integrated project management system would be perfect.

Overall: A full functional ERP system to service my small business on the cloud with access anywhere

Pros: 1. Support - has been fantastic 2. Design - the templates are set up in logical and intuitive order 3. Functionality of system - It just flows baby.

Pros: Many functions, detail.
We have tested much more cloud ERP systems. ERPAG can meet our request.
And we got the great service from ERPAG .

Cons: Right now we need two report (open s/o and p/o report).
I hope ERPAG can work out this issue.
It is very important for us to control our inventory.

Pros: Very easy to use and set up. Integrated solution from customer lead to PO management. I love the BOM structure to manage some of our complicated products.

Cons: limited customization capability. This tool is tailoring to manufacturing. So I'd really hope we could tweak some minor customization to better fit our business.

Overall: very affordable ERP solution. Perfect for small/medium size business that cannot spend a big chunk of financial resource for top-tiered ERP solutions. Yet still need functional ERP to grow their business.

Pros: Dynamic interface, setup is not that complicated but requires understanding on the terminology used by the developers.

Cons: Even though they offer video tutorials, they explain each task separately, but not in the sequence needed to perform the different tasks.

Pros: This makes business very efficient and keeps your inventory to a minimum. There's no need to have a lot of items on hand when you are efficiently moving them.

Cons: The setup was a nightmare. But that was to be expected the customer service was very helpful. It was easier than most platforms that do similar tasks.

Pros: Love that all the pieces I need are within one system, including reports. Its simple UI is non-distracting and everything can be found easily within the sensibly divided menu options.

Cons: I would like to be able to see a report where all images, including product image and barcode image, can be seen for further product identification.

Overall: Being able to track inventory of not only the finished products themselves but also the components and processes that when into making them is extremely helpful.

Pros: Its fairly easy to use. The online support is amazing! My assigned helper was extremely helpful in assisting me. She sent me documents needed for particular integrations and was patient in explaining step by step processes making me more confident in using the system.

Cons: I think there is room for improvement in the email templates. It would be nice to have the customized text ready to send for POs.

Pros: The overall look and feel made this software very easy to use and manage, making it an overall great solution for my shop!

Cons: I feel like for what it accomplishes, while it is a great software, could be cheaper. I did find other software that performed most, if not all of the same functions, at half the price, and even included a downloadable version of the software as well.

Still learning the software, but it looks like it will do what we need.

Pros: Although I am still learning how to use it, I can already tell that it will be easy to use. I have downloaded some sample inventory and had no problem. Customer support is fast.

Cons: Haven't found out yet. I suppose if it were tailored exactly to my specific industry and requirements that would make it better. I purchase manage and sell parts so Erpag is ideal for me. The company also does aircraft maintenance. If there were a specific module available for aircraft maintenance in Canada, it would probably make it perfect.

Been very impressed with the system and customer service so far.

Pros: Love that it connects to our e-commerce system and how fast customer service has been. There's a huge selection of features and am looking forward to trying the POS feature in the future.

Cons: Would like to have an offline option in the future in case our offices experience internet downtime. The restriction of warehouses to only one country is also dismaying.

Pros: UI design, Reasonable price

Cons: I can't found how to support scan ups code and We can't upload my order file because we're just B2C, we have more than 200 order every day, we can't input them

Overall: This is a good software, the function is not perfect, but the price is very good. I have compared too more ERP software, but this one just matches us. It'll be great if we can upload order file.

Cons: No Connection with Xero, Lack of Documentation (detailed help guide), No IOS app, Lack of Pricelist Features (Pricelist Expiry Dates), Lack of assigning Pricelists to entire Customer Categories.

Overall: It is for our Company, we are looking at moving into a fully fledged ERP Software, that is cloud based yet cost effective. This Software fits perfectly to our requirements with a few exceptions here and there.

Looks comprehensive for the price. We are growing and need the ERP features of ERPAG!

Pros: Good Tutorials and Resources. Very detailed info for Inventory. Walks you through Sales Cycle from Sales Order to picking/packing to paments

Cons: if I had one it would Sales Quotes per se are good but lack ability to have image of item in them. Or I don't yet know how to include one.

Pros: Online, no expensive initial proyect fees, no rpoblems with printers. no problems with unathorized access like windows based.

Cons: Except for the color Scheme i have no problem. It is necesary to add an option were you can configure the size of the fonts for people with bad vision.

Overall: licenceless, no host payments.

Pros: Nested BOM and complexity allowing to be deployed even for production of the more complicated production.

Cons: Better documentation - showing the real example of the deploying product. There should be "process flow" description, not just a database with sample data.

Overall: Not yet. We are trying to deploy.

Generally speaking, I think that this is the best one for SMEs in terms of biz management software.

Cons: difficult to contact a human. It seems that email is the way to get responses. Sometimes I would prefer to speak to an actual support person.
