Cons Unable to search the notes for orders. That is where a lot of our information for orders go in, but we have no way to find certain orders because there is no option for searching notes. Pros Very easy to use and set up. Integrated solution from customer lead to PO management. I love the BOM structure to manage some of our complicated products. Cons limited customization capability. Cons I feel like for what it accomplishes, while it is a great software, could be cheaper. I did find other software that performed most, if not all of the same functions, at half the price, and even included a downloadable version of the software as well.
