Pros: The software is easy to tailor to provide individually tailored phone applications for our clients. This means that they can, in turn, provide great solutions for their customers. In addition the provision of Standard API's enable us to integrate Reslink systems and captured data into external systems.

Cons: Currently the apps are not available to be run on iPhones (those that are nfc equipped) and the range of nfc enabled android phones is getting restricted and more expensive. This is not necessarily a criticism of the software as such.

Overall: I have been using the Reslink Solutions systems at the core of our business proposition for our clients for nearly 10 years now. It provides a platform for our clients to offer a real value for money solution to their clients.

Recommendations to other buyers: The recent introduction of automated reports has dramatically improved client based deivery of information.
