Comments: Having worked with it personnaly for a number of years I was pleased the completeness of the system and the extensive options and functionalities. It is very flexible and can be tailored to match to any company. The customer service is very good, really listening to the user feedback. All that put together is the reason why we have recommended it to all our members to use.

Comments: At GoNorth Travel we have used Jambix as our booking system since our start, five years ago. Before that I have worked with many different booking systems for DMC, at other companies. The main benefit of Jambix is the flexibility of the system and how easy it is for us to train new staff to use it.
The development team of Jambix is easy to reach and quick to respond, and we the users, are kept well informed on developments and we do have input on that. For GoNorth the use of Jambix as back office system for bookings and travel documents has supported our growth and the team of Jambix is always ready to think outside the box to find solutions with us.

Comments: We use Jambix for almost 7 years now, and we are still very happy with the system.
It keeps getting more functionalities and gets updated regularly.

If there is a specific functionality you need, you can just ask the Jambix team, and they will make sure that they create it for you, or even take it in with their next general update for everybody.
