We use the free version, which is perfect for our purposes, but the paid version offers a LOT of great additional functionality. Cons The ADS. Oh, my God, the ADS. They cover the page (on the free version) and make it so distracting to use. It makes scheduling meetings so much more efficient. And we cut down on so much back and forth requests. Pros I love that it gives you the option to make polls and take an assessment of voting options. I love the scheduling poll it's so needed instead of constant back and forth trying to see what everyone's time is like. Cons Probably just the ads. But I use the free service so I'm not sure what to expect. And sometimes integrating it is a little clunky. We first tried asking members of the group what day was convenient, and it was quickly realised that this method would not work. One of the members told me about Doodle and I tried it. Amazing! Within two days we had our meetings scheduled! Pros I am able to select so many options for dates and times to ensure that everyone has something they can choose. It saves a lot of time and effort because you do not have to go through multiple emails (back and forth) when trying to schedule a meeting for a large group. Cons I have not identified any cons to Doodle yet. The way I use it for work, it provides me with exactly what I need.
