That's what Doodle polls do—they just effectively poll times from multiple people. I love the visual grid of results. And it's easy to set a timezone so everyone can get a perfectly clear idea of the times in question. Cons It's a little clunky to go back and forward through the screens when you are editing/updating the poll. One on One meetings or a team project meeting are really easy to set up and you'll have all the pertinent information right at your fingertips. Pros It works with any calendar. You will have everyone at a glance which makes it easier to schedule. It's easy to use. They have wonderful customer service. This software is a must have. Cons It can seem intimidating at first. The team program is a big jump in price. If the power goes out, you don't have access to your schedules. Review Source Petre I. The interface is clean and intuitive. It gets the job done in a pleasant way. It's my go to app for polls. Pros Using this as a poll facilitator is amazingly intuitive and simple to use. Just add a title, optionally a location and you're good to go. I used this app both in a professional and personal setting. Cons Free user features are limited but I guess that's understandable. You can have anonymous polls and continuously keep track of responses. I also like how you can restrict the number of submissions to the poll and create a time limit for responses. Cons When there are multiple time slots to choose from on a poll, it can sometimes look clunky and be confusing. So my only con is related to a slight formatting issue with the software. This can quickly get out of hand when there are multiple days and several potential time slots - the ability to create groups of options or parent/child relationships would simplify things and make the options easier to read and understand. I love that you can select different time slots within a given day and how it displays on the user end. Editing your response is super easy with Doodle, especially in the world we live in where schedules and priorities are constantly changing. Cons It would be nice to be able to customize the interface more, or attach documents related to the specific meeting or event you're trying to schedule. Otherwise, no major cons I can think of. July 29, 2019 5.0 Pros Doodle has proven over and over that it's simple enough to use no matter how computer-savvy you are. It's layout is clean and clear, it will send you email updates and reminders (which I always appreciate!) and has multiple features for whatever your purpose is (e.g. allowing names to remain private, limiting number of votes, etc.) Cons I haven't had any issues using Doodle, though I use it for relatively simple purposes, so am not sure about more complex scenarios or needs. Every time I need to see the availability of several people and reach a common point that works well for all of us, I use it. And I recommend it. Pros It is very easy to use. very intuitive. It is a practical and useful way to organize meetings (in person or online) between different people and thus know availability. Cons I really don't have any complaints. I can't write something I don't like. What he does he does very well. Doodle is helping a lot for doing this. Pros It is easy to use and no need to be together to get an appropriate schedule time for a group. Its online and everyone can put their time for a meeting which is easier and time saving. Cons There is not much to do for a schedule making app but can be improved if it allows notification options for different schedule time so-that one can know what is coming to do on that time. It really takes the burden of scheduling meetings off the employees and allows them to focus on getting actual work done! Cons One feature I am not so fond of is the disabling of participants' original responses when needing to edit the date/time options in the poll. It would be great if Doodle could integrate with Microsoft Outlook calendars. Pros It can be used by anyone without setting up accounts or even knowing who you need to have participate. People can opt-in to participate and have their availability considered, and it can save a lot of time for event organizers. Cons I don't like the ads and their placement. We were able to decide on time for meeting just easily by sending one email with the doodle link. Pros This software makes it easier to schedule meeting for a small to medium group of people. It allows you to input locations, time-zones, making it easier to schedule meeting with people in multiple time zones. It's easy to set up and easy to use, and has made our planning much more effective! Pros Plain and simple, this tool lets you effectively plan meetings (especially for a larger group of people) to find the most suitable date and time for all involved. It has made coordinating larger meetings a breeze! Cons Making changes to time block options can be a bit sticky at times, but overall there isn't much to complain about with Doodle!
