Also it's free. Pros This is a quick way to figure out when everyone is free to meet for a specific cause (meetings, social activity, etc). Cons Some of the functionality has now been put behind a pay-wall. Creating the time schedule of available time could use some serious User Interface improvement as well. Using Doodle is easy, effective and my go-to system in making sure all the colleagues I need to see can let me know their availability with ease. Pros The ability to add multiple dates, options and times to give your colleagues a good range of choices when trying to arrange meetings or events. It takes the hassle out of trying to get people together via email! Cons None come to mind - for a free piece of software you can achieve so much and with such ease. Pros My staff in my department has grown significantly in the last year, and I was looking for a way to save the mass amount of email chains and junking up the inbox with trying to set up meetings or other points of interest for my team. I decided to try Doodle and I am really glad we did. It's very easy for me to send one thing out to my team for say, choosing a date for a meeting, instead of receiving a huge email chain back and forth. It has made life easier for all of us! Cons I don't have any qualms about this program. It was easy to set up from my end and it was easy for my staff to follow when they received the doodle notifications about a poll or meeting. We don't use it constantly but it's helpful when we need it. Pros We use this software to schedule conferences with our parents and also to come up with a time to schedule some meetings with larger groups of people who may not all be at our school on a given day. It's easy to use and everyone has access to it. Cons Sometimes it's hard to customize it if you are only using the free software. Also, some items can only be seen by the user who created the poll. The efficiency is in the bringing-people-together part, but the process is rather tedious. Pros Doodle does simplify scheduling appointments and meet ups at work or otherwise pretty easily. The software is platform agnostic, so it can be used by anyone as long as they have access. The plethora of options that one has to create a survey is astounding as well. Cons It is frustrating to create a survey for when to meet up. There are options, yes, but it is not user friendly and requires people to click through all the times they are available. As a creator of doodle, that is fine; as a user, I feel as if it is better to email them my available times. It's easy to use and saves time! Pros Whenever I need to coordinate meeting up with people that have busy lives I use Doodle. Whether socially or in business it is a very easy, intuitive way to quickly discover who is available when. Cons Last time I was sent a doodle invitation, it was really BAD :P. The event organizer had made a mistake with the time (which apparently the handling wasn't obvious enough for her) and had mixed up AM and PM which ended up in a big mess. On top of that I found the graphic display on my phone rather confusing. The organizer redid the entire thing in a second try, that's when it worked. Review Source CH Courtney H. That being said, as it has gotten bigger and the Premium account options are being pushed more forcefully, the Free version has dropped in quality. Pros The ability to utilize features (limit responses, hide respondent information, etc) is great for scheduling individual meetings using a single poll. It's not something that gets used or is thought about all the time, but it's a go-to when you need it and it's always reliable. Pros Doodle is a very easy to use, easy to integrate software that allows people to choose their availability on a pre-prepared graph and then produces analytics on what the best time for a meeting or gathering would be. It's great for both professional and personal time management. Cons I don't think that there's anything that I dislike about Doodle, but I wish that the process of sending out invites was easier to use and more robust. It's worth giving it a shot if you need to get people to agree on a day and time! Pros This is a great way to schedule meetings among lots of different people who may be at different organizations and thus can't use options like sharing an Outlook calendar. It's very easy to distribute and no one ever has a problem understanding how to use it. Super intuitive. Cons Not enough people know about it. If more people used it, my life would be easier. And it's not really a con, but sometimes I get too many notifications when people submit an answer, but I honestly just don't like getting email. Riesco a creare sondaggi online in pochi passaggi: basta inserire il titolo, se si desidera una breve descrizione, scegliere la location e le date di preferenza. Dopodichè si riceve un link da inviare a tutti i partecipanti, che non devono fare altro che inserire il proprio nome e dare la preferenza, senza registrarsi! Il tutto impiega pochissimo tempo! Lo consiglio a tutti per l'efficacia e la facilità d'uso. Cons Per l'uso che ne faccio io, il prodotto è molto intuibile ed estremamente utile. Nulla da dire! The free account is also very beneficial. Cons It is rather odd to have irrelevant advertisements on the company site even when it is a free account. It makes Doodle a bit ... cheap. The free version might be enough but some organizations should also be able to see the value in an upgraded version. Pros We use Doodle many different ways. Internally, externally etc. I believe that's the great thing about Doodle. Everyone know what it is, how to use it and how to get something scheduled. The free option might be enough for a lot and in most use cases. It's efficient and meetings or company parties can be arranged in a simple manner. Cons Doodle would be a great tool as a meeting tool as well. Video chat etc. would be a great asset. The simplicity can also be a constraint as you might look for other options than what's available etc. Editing after it has been published can be a bit of a hassle. April 12, 2019 5.0 Pros Very simple and straight forward option for a scheduling assistant. You share a calendar with whoever you'd like and they indicate their availability. It's really a great alternative to Outlook scheduling assistant since we don't really use that outside of the office. Cons I think visually there could be some improvements with the calendars. Otherwise, no real complaints about this software! Pros Very easy to use, intuitive and great value for money. Cuts down on lots of back and forth emails when used for scheduling meetings Cons Too many adds and I would like it to be easier to customise, ie add characters, fonts backdrops etc. this whole part could be better designed. Pros Doodle polls take the guesswork out of scheduling. Trying to arrange a time for busy people to meet can be burdensome and time consuming. However, Doodle makes this daunting task exceptionally easy. Setting up a poll is straightforward and intuitive. Furthermore, the UI that shows responses makes it clear and obvious what dates and times work best for all participants. The added benefit of sending this type of poll to participants is that it shows them as well what dates and times are shaping up to be the most conducive for the meeting and may allow for them to alter their personal schedules to accommodate for the times that work for the majority of attendees. Cons Some premium content is locked behind a paywall.
