February 5, 2019 5.0 We use doodle for internal schedule when trying to coordinate across multiple calendars (that aren't always up to date) and for varying periods of meeting duration. It's also very helpful to schedule external meetings where you don't have access to the outside calendars. It's so fast and easy, I haven't used all the features yet - just the very basic free profile, but typically that does the trick for my needs. Pros Doodle is such an effective and convenient way to schedule meetings. I love that you can just share a link and users do not need to register or sign in to complete the poll. Cons No comments. Pros I work with a large team of providers and we use doodle to make decisions to schedule our appointments. It is user friendly and makes our scheduling so much easier, especially now that we are all working from home and not meeting in person. It is simple to see options and I find it helps get buy-in from even the most difficult schedule-ers. They also offer little tools like email and calendar reminders once an option has been chosen. Pros Eliminate the back and forth of arranging a multi-party meeting! Doodle is so easy to use that anyone can pick and choose the meeting options that work best for them. Cons I can't think of anything that I don't like about Doodle. Teilnehmende werden direkt von der App per Mail informiert, was Stand der Dinge ist. Für die Organisierenden bleibt somit viel mehr Zeit, sich den eigentlichen Aufgaben zu widmen. Ich kann Doodle nur empfehlen. Cons Eine Möglichkeit, den gefundenen Termin automatisch in den betrieblichen Terminkalender eintragen zu lassen, habe ich bisher nicht gefunden. I appreciate getting notifications when people respond. It's probably an integration that I haven't looked into, but it would be helpful to connect my google calendar to Doodle, so that if a time slot gets scheduled for a different event that it would no longer appear available on Doodle. Pros It's been very useful when having to coordinate the schedules of several people from different companies. Cons The first couple of times I used it I was a little uncertain who's email to put in, or how many, as well as specifying virtual meeting. Pros Doodle is SO EASY to use! Do you need a survey? Do you need to set up a meeting and ask people which options work for them? Get to Doodle and you are done in literally 5 minutes. Great for keeping information secured as well. Awesome customer service! Cons I have not found any features of Doodle that I have not liked. It is easy to use and integrates well into my calendar. This has cut down on back-and-forth emails. I have used this program with multiple organizations, and it is a great tool for administrators. Cons The free version has a lot of ads. I have both participated in, and administered Doodle polls. It is a great way to survey coworker's availability when trying to schedule meetings with a large number of people. It makes it easy to determine which day/time has the best availability for everyone. Cons I honestly have no complaints. Pros I have personally used this software to figure out the best time to schedule a meeting and picking dates, a time that is favorable for the majority of the people involved. Pros My colleagues and I tend to have very booked schedules with few openings for collaboration; Doodle makes it very easy to find meeting times that can work for everyone. Cons Doodle is easy to use and does the job; I haven't encountered any downsides to this product, aside from maybe ad placement if that's something that would bother you.
