Pros The absolute best way to coordinate a meeting time with a group of people - it's so easy to use, you don't need to make an account and neither do the people you are trying to schedule a meeting time with. Cons Honestly, there are no cons about this product! Pros It's the best way the geographically widespread members of my organization, who all have complex schedules, can share when we're each free to meet, and it easily shows then when the best time for all of us is. Cons I don't have any problems with the software. The only problem sometimes is making sure people check their email and follow the dang link to get it done! Pros Doodle is the simplest way I've found to easily coordinate schedules for meetings or events without having a confusing email chain. It's easy for the users too, as you don't have to have an account or login to add your availability to the Doodle poll. Cons I don't have any cons in using this service at this time. It would be nice with more features, but it's features that can be found in other applications. So it does what it promises. Pros Perfect tool to find out when most people can meet up for a specific date. It can be for all kind of events or meetings. It's easy to use and easy to setup and share. The free version will often be enough but it might also be worth for some to use the paid version. Cons It's a bit hard to change and update "Doodles" that you have already created. It would also be nice to have more features as it would be cool if you could actually run an online meeting from Doodle itself. It looks simple and clean. Very straightforward and easy to use. I use it mainly if I have a large group of people that need to be in a meeting. It gives you the option to provide several dates and times and every member selects the best time. Cons I had a few trouble syncing my calendars and other calendars I have access to Doodle. Anyone you share with should have no trouble understanding how it works, and it can help everyone quickly and efficiently decide on the best time to meet without all the normal back-and-forth. I use it the whole times with friends and colleagues to work out when everyone is available (or which is the best possible date). If you sign up and have an account its even easier to use. Pros Most of my professors have used this feature to determine what times we can meet for meetings or group supervision. It's been helpful on both sides to get things done. Cons I believe Doodle only allows for so many meeting set ups, if I'm not mistaken. I think that definitely puts a damper on whether I would continue to use this service. Pros It's very convenient. Typing is not for everyone. There are many people who are old school and prefer writing to typing. Doodle is for such people. Cons Nothing to dislike. It's easy to use. Pros I love Doodle because it is so easy to use. The way to create a survey that collects information from users is so easy to use, I prefer to use Doodle over any other online surveys out there! September 5, 2019 5.0 Since trying to schedule meetings is like herding cats, Doodle is a life saver. I don't think that I could every get a meeting set up without it. Pros I like that you can give attendees a number of different days and times for potential meetings. You can also give them the option of selecting only one or all the ones that they can attend.
