Honestly I don't know what I'd do without Doodle. We use it regularly to schedule Board meetings and semi regularly for other meetings. Highly recommend if you're trying to herd cats!

Pros

Doodle is hands down the best free software out there for scheduling group meetings.

Cons

Their interface isn't as straightforward and clear as it could be.

We have used it to schedule team-wide meetings for folks who have very little time.

Pros

Doodle makes scheduling your groups a breeze. It allows recipients to choose their windows of availability, and gives a consensus time/options.

Cons

I really don’t like that the interface of it now requires you to click and drag the time boxes. Other than that, it’s okay.

That was a great experience. Normally using to schedule the time of professors in the university. It is very helpful.

Pros

It is very nice platform to schedule an event. A group of people can get together using this app easily based on the time available for each member.

Cons

I do not know the disadvantages of this app. I was using the free trial version last time. I do not know about the latest version.

Pros

I found this software to be very helpful when trying to schedule a meeting with large teams. It was easy to set up the parameters of the poll and send out to our teams. We were generally successful in finding mutual meeting times that worked for all by using this software.

Cons

This software was sometimes difficult to use with individuals who were technologically challenged. They did not find it user friendly

Pros

It's so easy to use that I don't worry when I send it to someone who is less tech savvy, which is important when you are trying to make plans with groups of people of varying ages and abilities. We use it for our neighborhood association meetings which includes the elderly and the young. I've used it for years and every update has made it better.

Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like. It's even free!

Very satisfactory experience. The software is easy to use, requires no training, and is a time saver.

Pros

Doodle greatly facilitates scheduling meetings with coworkers. It's very simple, just send the link, the employee selects the best date, and you're done!

Cons

I did not find any negative points, at least in the use of its main purpose, to schedule meetings.

I use it to schedule many things, ranging from personal events to workplace meetings. Everyone is able to use and understand it.

Pros

It is versatile and easy to use and understand. It is also easy to keep track of previous polls. Everyone is able to understand it quickly.

Cons

I don't like the ads that clutter the screen. I also don't like that polls with many times don't fit onto one screen and it's clunky to have to expand the screen.

Overall, it was very easy to use for end user who received the poll. However, it could be further optimized.

Pros

Easy to use to poll people's availability. The interface for end user is pretty straightforward. That is helpful if you want to engage in more senior personnel who otherwise are not as tech savvy.

Cons

It was hard to set up polling options. You have to go through the motion for each time slot and it was pretty repetitive.

Using Doodle to schedule meetings in a business setting has been very beneficial. My company that i work for has 1 main office, and 4 satellite offices. It can get very difficult to get company meetings scheduled via emails, Doodle makes it much easier.

Pros

I use Doodle not only in the workplace but in personal life as well. The ease of the Doodle poll allows meetings to be scheduled with ease. We also use it to schedule book club meetings between friends.

Cons

The only con that I don't like about this software is that in order to put an end date on the poll that you create you have to pay for the premium account.

Doodle has mostly been used as a way for my team and I to figure out whether we will be able to attend an event, and also for what days would be best to meet.

Pros

This has everything you need to create polls, as far as I'm concerned. Easy to use, plenty of options, no complaints here.

Cons

No real cons I can think of right now. The only complaint I have is for the Slack add-on. The app for slack is lacking in features and seems to only allow polls for a set of calendar days, instead of recurring days of the week. This made it impossible to poll on what day of the week my group should meet.

Particularly when setting up IEPs among 8-10 staff members, Doodle does the trick. We have also used it to vote for a particular date for something or show availability over several months. It's great!

Pros

Doodle makes it so easy to schedule meetings among several people. Way more efficient than emailing over and over.

Cons

No complaints at all! Doodle solved the problem of using cumbersome emails to contact each other over and over to set up meetings.

Pros

I have used this tool within the company when planning an event. I sent the invitation to all the employees with different dates so we can have a fair vote to on what is the best availability for most of the office to do certain event, meeting, reunion.

Cons

I think it is a quite simple tool and sad that it is only used to vote for scheduling and event or meeting.

Pros

The main thing that I like about Doodle is that it is free for the functionalities that I need. It is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

Cons

For my use, which is mainly coordinating schedules with teams, I haven't had any negative impacts while using this platform.

Pros

This tool is super helpful for scheduling meetings. It removes the endless email back-and-forth that used to go into finding a common time for a meeting. It's also really intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

I can't really think of anything that I don't like about the software at this point. It does what I need it to do in a streamlined way.

Pros

I love how easy doodle is to use. It has helped me work with a lot of busy people to schedule meetings that everyone can come to. The system is self explanatory and even the most technology challenged can figure out how it works!

Cons

You choose the times by clicking on the calendar and expanding how long you want the meeting to be. Sometimes it can be hard to click the right 15 minute increment.

Recommended because it's very easy to use and user friendly. You only have to create an account if you are the organizer. Others can select available meeting dates.

Cons

I have no complaints. Maybe the thing I like least is the ads and pop ups that appear during use of software.

Easy group scheduling and coordination

Pros

Out of all of the scheduling polls that I've tried, Doodle is by far the easiest and most user friendly. The dates can be arranged as a list or as a calendar view, and there's an option to see what times other respondents have indicated. By far the easiest way to find common availability for large groups. Also, it's free!

Cons

Sometimes the frequency of emails that you get about new responses can be a little overwhelming, so if you're polling a large group, that may be the only downside. Otherwise, I absolutely love it.

Pros

I love that Doodle is free, and I don’t have to worry about coordinating 10 schedules on my own. Organizing that info is stressful, so I love that doodle takes away the responsibility of crossing so many timeslots.

Cons

I wish there was a feature to add recipient cell numbers right on the website so the link could be texted and shared quickly; but it is as simple as copy/pasting the link myself!

Pros

I work in multiple teams and each team is at least 4-5 people in multiple timezones. It gets really difficult to schedule time but with Doodle its easy by giving an alternative so everyone can pick the best suited time. Better than sending multiple emails to finalize time.

Cons

Apart from scheduling, I don't see much use.
