Pros I can pull collaborators across organizations to a central point to set a meeting date. No more endless reply all! Cons The mobile function of this software is average. Pros I can quickly set up a poll to find meeting times, and send email links to capture responses. Auto-tally at the bottom lets me quickly find the best meeting days/times. Plus google calendar integration is great. Pros Doodle has a great app which makes it really accessible to the users of the program. It allows you to cleanly organize and coordinate with large groups to select dates and times for whatever needs you to have. The UI is beautifully done which makes it fun and easy to use. Pros Easiest tool to arrange date for gatherings with large group of people, very straightforward in the way selections are made. Cons Wish that there was more room for notes. For example if someone declines an option it would be a nice feature to add a note detailing why option was selected. The free options out there are not nearly as good. Pros I liked how easy and intuitive this software is. It makes scheduling meetings with many people very easy Cons Unfortunately, it is no longer free, so we have switched to free options. No complaints! Pros Doodle is fairly cut and dry. When finding a date/time to hold an event or call with a large group of people, Doodle can often be used to align on everyone's calendar's or availability. I really like how quick and easy it is to create a poll and shoot the link around to everyone I need to fill it out. I only use the free trial access, but I've loved it every time! Cons I can't say I have any complaints about doodle to date. Again, I only use the free access version, so I imagine I would have some suggestions if I had paid access. Review Source KS Kavya S. Easy to create polls and friendly to use. Pros It's a godsend for coordinating meetings with any group but especially a large group. I like that it has both a calendar and list view, and the overall design aesthetic is very pleasing. I always have problems arranging meetings, and this just saved my schedule. It's really easy to complete, and mobile friendly, but also is super easy to create one to send to everyone! Just a great app. Cons Sometimes the format of the timing is not understood, so it would be great if you could choose if you wrote the time in "AM" or "PM" and avoid misunderstandings. It’s quick and easy to pick the times and dates that work for you and even easier as the administrator to see the dates and times that work for the majority.
