I like that it is easy to decipher which is the best time at a quick glance. Cons The free option is perfectly sufficient for our needs. Cons I understand that using a program when you aren't paying a subscription fee means that you'll see an abundance of ads, but I find that the ads that appear are cluttered and make it difficult to see the poll itself. This is great for figuring out when the best time to meet is for my graduate committee meetings, and I've also used it with friends when choosing what restaurant to eat out at when we get together. Pros I like that this software makes it very simple to determine different individuals' availability for meetings, even if they are located across different time zones. Pros This software is very easy to use, even for someone not tech-savvy. It helps find the best time for a meeting. Cons It seems like there are always a bunch of ads on a doodle poll. Unfortunately, we can't all communicate on the same servers for privacy issues. I use Doodle to schedule meetings with these constituents so we can all be on the same page. I'm able to send available times and get real-time updates on what is the best option for everyone, instead of a long email chain of suggestions that keep getting shot down. Cons When selecting the dates and times to put as options, the interface can be a little confusing. My first few times using it, I kept deleting my own selections. It auto fills the same times for every date you select, which isn't exactly conducive when scheduling meetings for multiple people where every day is different. Review Source BF Blandina F. You can create your poll, provide several dates/times for your meeting and then see which option has the best response. It's so much easier than exchanging countless emails!
