They are now integrating google calendar and making it even more intelligent. The app is simple enough that first time users figure it out quickly. Cons The software is fine, it does what it's designed to agree on meeting times and nothing more. June 7, 2017 5.0 Ease of scheduling meetings without a lot of back and forth about everyone's calendar. Pros This software is so easy. It works immediately and you can be as detailed or as simplistic as you wish. It is much better than emailing back and forth to get a meeting set. One survey, one response from each invitee and voila, the meeting is scheduled. Cons Really cannot complain. We use this at my current employer to schedule meetings that include internal and external attendees and all you need are email address. I is a sweet little piece of software. Pros I love that Doodle is easy, but has lots of customizations to really get what you want from the users. The granularity with which you can get details from users is incredibly useful. Cons The functionality is very limited to only a few subsets of use cases. I think there are better pieces of software out there that are cheaper and more efficient. Pros I'm a big planner and scheduler. You have to be to have your own business. I was excited to see there were many options for scheduling software, so I found Doodle and decided to try it. On the surface, it was easy enough but to really utilize all of its benefits you have to pay for the Premium account. Not worth the money when you have an iPhone with the same functionality. Bummer. Cons My least favorite thing was its lack of integration with other phone software. Android and iPhone users both said it was really buggy and a lot of the times dates would just disappear. Cons I consider a catch on easy type person...but doodle was confusing. Expensive in comparison.
