Cons Doodle can be exported to Google Calendar, but it's less integrated than say, scheduling a meeting in Outlook. If you have an office that largely uses Gmail, I would certainly recommend Doodle. This allows each member to select their availability making it easy to see when each person is free. Cons There aren't very many cons that I can think of for this software. Pros People prefer different calendars such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, and Doodle doesn't make this a problem. Our team members feel comfortable sharing their calendars through Doodle. I was able to easily share my available dates with the team and when they replied, it was very clear visually which date worked best for everyone. Pros What I like most about the software is that it is easy to use. Setting it up was easy. Also I appreciate the simplicity of the share function. Cons What I liked least about the software is that when I signed up for it I was under the impression it would make scheduling easier among a group. It's a lot better than going around and asking people 1 by 1 and trying to organize that afterwards. Pros I like how I can send a single link to a group of people and they can all use it to send in their availabilities. I also like how you can put 'if necessary' as an option. This is the best tool to use to plan office activities in my opinion Cons I tried using the feature where you can integrate the tool to Slack, but after a few embarassing attemps at adding the Doodle to our channel, it kept failing and I ended up having to just send the link instead. You can set up a meeting and get feedback from everyone in advance so you know whether or not they can attend. It's great! Pros Doodle makes it super duper easy to set meetings with busy people. Everyone is always doing their own thing and doodle makes it possible to coordinate what the best time for everyone to set a meeting is. This is particularly important right now in the Age of COVID, when all meetings are taking place online. Cons I wish Doodle had a few additional features a la Survey Monkey, so you could take people's opinion about meeting topics and stuff as you go along.
