It is very useful and intuitive, so for specific occasions, I recommend it. Pros It is a very useful tool and a beautiful interface for scheduling meetings. It is easy to use, you invite your classmates, you propose days and the most voted day is the one you select. It has a free version and no ads. You can synchronize the result with the calendar. Cons It is a very useful application at certain times, but it would be positive if it had other utilities to be able to use it more. Save for example meeting information or other important points. Pros It useful for scheduling an event when people are very busy, you can give them options like days and time . Pros This software allows employees to schedule meetings without having to meet. It is very easy to use and you can set up the time slots for people to pick from. Cons It doesn't work work very well on mobile devices. A problem that I encountered is that everyone has a different calendar system and some do not use them at all. It also enabled me to establish a reliable indicator of future meeting dates/availability. It also provided me a reliable data colleciton to assess my team's performance when it came to communication and attendance. Cons It can be difficult to adjust the time slots and set intervals. I only wish it had a easier way to input potential date and times. I also wish i could reuse a doodle poll without having to create a new poll every month.
