February 5, 2019 5.0 This product has helped me to easily schedule interviews and meetings. I have saved a significant amount of time by using Doodle. Pros Its ease of use is much appreciated! It is so easy (and fun) to create an individual Doodle . Cons I would like to have these appointments imported into my Outlook calendar but haven't yet figured that out. It has been very beneficial working from home and trying to plan without getting to see people face-to-face. Pros We use Doodle a lot to find common times for us to hold meetings. it is great because you can set different dates and times for others to select and it is easy to navigate and read. Cons It can sometimes be a bit tedious setting up the polls to find times to meet as you have to go in to each date and select the different times. This can take a bit of time, so just plan for it. Pros I have been using Doodle for more than four years to find available time that works for everyone in my classes. This is one of the best online scheduling tools to select possible time and dates for a meeting. It is simple and user friendly. Cons It can expand the usage beyond just scheduling time. I started using it recently to poll for big meetings and it has been so simple to use. Also, I found that it is easy for everyone to use the link and vote without having issues. Pros It is an easy to use assistant to schedule meetings, especially for large / larger groups. You just need to set a few options and people will get back to you with preferences - if they are able to make it. Cons The free version had some options missing, but it is still good enough. June 6, 2018 5.0 Pros I use the free version of Doodle to coordinate meetings with music lesson instructors, as well as to coordinate rehearsals with a small music ensemble. I have used Google Forms for this in the past, but I think Doodle is more user friendly and saves me more time. It's super quick to set up, and I love the fact that I can just text or email (or both!) a link to the people I need to get in touch with, and they can answer my poll from their phone or computer in just a few minutes. Cons My only complaint about Doodle is the fact that the free version is (understandably) packed with ads. It can take a little while to load sometimes.
