Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience d'utilisation de Doodle a été très positive en tant que président d'une association. L'outil nous a permis de planifier facilement des réunions et des événements avec les membres de l'association, en évitant les conflits d'horaire et en améliorant la communication. De plus, les fonctionnalités de sondage et d'invitation ont été très utiles pour garantir la participation de tous les membres. Enfin, la disponibilité de Doodle sur différentes plateformes a rendu l'utilisation de l'outil très pratique.

Pros

En tant que président d'une association, j'ai été particulièrement satisfait de la fonctionnalité de sondage de Doodle, qui nous a permis de planifier facilement des réunions avec les membres de l'association. De plus, la possibilité d'envoyer des invitations et de suivre les réponses a rendu la planification de réunions beaucoup plus rapide et plus efficace. The overall experience with Doodle that I currently have is very very good. I prefer to say very excellent

Pros

Doodle is honestly one of the best tools I've found to help me manage my work tasks. I use it to schedule meetings with my team, which keeps me on the same page. It's a huge time saver for me, and for my staff on the other end. The scheduling service is quick and easy to use. The site offers a number of free features that make it easy to schedule meetings. The free features are available to anyone, but there are also paid features that give you more control over scheduling and offer additional features

Cons

So far, the shortcoming I've noticed is that the software doesn't have features to make sure that each participant votes only once

Quickly deciding meeting times with groups of people - highly satisfied!

Pros

It can be extremely difficult to arrange/schedule meetings, appointments, and events when multiple people are involved. But the brilliant thing about Doodle is that it does the hard work for you! Here's what I love the best: - In a matter of a few moments, you can create a poll of options or available meeting times. I can quickly send a link to teammates, who can quickly and easily access the poll and begin to select times that work. What's more is that they can also see other times that have been selected, so I feel like they are more willing to cooperate (if that makes sense). - This removes text or email chains that go on, and on, and on without end... until we finally come to the conclusion that there's never a good time for everyone to meet up. (After wasting a day.) - It's absolutely free. I can't believe it. I would think they could be making money with user fees off of this fantastic idea/platform, but no - it's free! - It's quite simple and intuitive. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles, but that's great. There doesn't need to be advanced features. - It's easy to use for the first time. It's not overly complex. - You are notified when responses come in, and you ultimately get to control the meeting time. - This is somewhat random, but you can be very specific with meeting points. Want to meet at 12:02? Perfect. Want a meeting to end at 9:07... Doodle will do that, too. - Can link or access your Gmail contacts - fabulous feature!

Cons

There's really nothing to complain about in my opinion. It's a simple designed platform that accomplishes it's goal. Some potential updates to consider would be adding "most commonly used emails," though, that would be helpful. Another idea is build in some sort of Skype, Hangouts, or FaceTime feature if an individual is unable to attend at the appointed time. I realize that gets complicated, though, and is not Doodle's problem to solve!

The original doodle app was much better,so simple,so manageable and so sweet because I could access all the features from my phone. But now I don't like the updated one because it's so slow and confusing.

Pros

I just like the fact this app has a free version and I also cherish some its few features like reminders which haven't failed or let me down if I have an event.

Cons

The inability to do e everything in the phone's app. The current updated app lacks meaning because most of it's functionally don't work for example Editing. Accessing the calendar for the dates takes very long.

The core offering of www.doodle.com is the most popular online scheduling tool in the world, with more than three million unique visitors monthly. Doodle enables users to create a "poll"—a tabular representation of potential available time slots—with a few clicks, invite participants, and allow them to vote democratically and openly for their favorite meeting times and activities. There are no downloads or registration requirements for this service, which is free. Branded Doodle is the company's online scheduling business solution, while Premium Doodle is its personalized service for individuals.

Pros

People, on the other hand, are a different story. Doodle lets you choose times that will work for you, and then everyone else votes on the times that will work for them. This is super simple to use, totally effective. I adore being able to share a link and schedule a big number of people. Even our less tech-savvy personnel can use the program because to its simplicity.

Cons

I detest it when an event on my calendar is missed. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the sporadic blocking of a Doodle poll by a recipient's email. It might get tiresome to repeatedly enter the same dates and times. Viewing the calendar might be confusing.I detest it when an event on my calendar is missed. Doodle would be great if it worked and they had a better group of customer service agents.

Pros

Great options for connecting to other programs like Google Contact, Zoom ext... The poll is visually easy to read. This program is user friendly

Cons

Doodle would be great if it worked. Half of the time the poll dose not get sent to the people that you send it to. Doodle consistently has issues with giving meeting invitees errors when they try to submit date and time options. Sometime my invitees tell me that they did answer and (showing screen shots with their answers) but the response never showed up on my end. Other cons are that you cannot delete someone off of the Doodle poll and if you add new date and time options there is auto email that can be send out to ask for participants to adjust availability. The absolute biggest con to me it the customer service. The customer service is horrendous. I consistently email (daily) with issues that i am having (and so do other in my organization that use Doodle). Doodle is quick to reply but with no answers beside it must be user error or something on our end messing up the Doodle polls. I have even had my tech department message with Doodle and Doodle told them the same thing.

I use Doodle to schedule meetings with large groups when I do not have access to others' calendars. It is an incredibly simple tool for both the administrator and the user. It allows you to suggest available times and for others to indicate their availability within those selected times. It saves so much time and back-and-forth.

Pros

We have shared calendars within our immediate teams but when we are scheduling across teams or with external vendors, Doodle is the fastest and easiest way to find a consensus time. I go to Doodle before any other system because of the ease of use and everyone's familiarity with the product.

Cons

The system is near perfect. It serves its function about as well as it can and I don't think it needs to be overly complicated. If it were possible to add meeting information (i.e. zoom links, agendas, etc) and when consensus was met, to send the calendar invitation, that would be nice.

Mi stupisce quante persone ancora non lo conoscano e non lo usino.Quando propongo di usare Doodle molti non sanno cosa sia e devo spiegarlo tutte le volte :)

Great. I much prefer it to many other organization software that have very limited features

Pros

I love this software. It has made my life easier in scheduling appointments, group and work meetings, but also in managing my personal commitments! I appreciate so much the possibility of synchronizing all appointments from phone to computer and I love the interface that shows the week with each appointment colored differently.For me, the function of editing and sharing calendars with work colleagues is fundamental, who can insert notes or automatically move meetings when they need to. THE Furthermore, the program automatically rearranges the schedules when there are two overlapping appointments after a shift!

Cons

I would like to have the function to "hide" personal appointments, because at the moment it is possible to schedule work and personal appointments separately on the calendar. You know Instead, it would be nice to have all the appointments on a single calendar and decide which to make shareable and visible to other work colleagues and which to remain hidden and private

Ever had the issue that you want ten people with differing schedules, maybe also across time zones, to all meet up? You can expect numerous emails, direct messages on various social media platforms and messaging services to make you head spin - or you use a product like doodle. This makes it really easy. You can connect the free version to your google calendar, select the times you know you can make it and invite all those you want at the meeting to add their preferred meeting times across multiple days. They can chose yes/no and 'if need be'. Once everyone has participated in the poll, you can select the most suitable time for everyone and its done. There is a paid tier that gives you additional services such as individuals being able to appointments that are directly added to your calendar and more, but the free version is really great all by itself. Only you as the one setting up the poll need an account with doodle.com - other participants don't.

Pros

Doodle is very easy to use. A polling system to find common times to meet is such a time saver and headache avoider - love it! It is very simple and obvious what to do, the website is layed out great.

Cons

No cons really, except that some of the graphics on the website are a bit dated, which is a small price to pay for a software that is free and solves a problem we have all faced so elegantly.

Cons

I have a difficult time finding anything that I don't like about this software. It has continued to evolve to meet my needs from being an employee of another agency to running my own practice with clients.

Doodle, è uno strumento che permette di gestire il proprio tempo e il proprio calendario online. Permette maggior coordinamento con i vari clienti e le persone con le quali collaboriamo e maggior coordinamento delle riunioni. Da diversi anni ormai lo utilizzo e sono assolutamente soddisfatto, mi ha semplificato moltissimo la gestione degli appuntamenti, delle call, e dei meeting online. Dispone di molte funzioni e permette alle persone di prenotare un appuntamento o una video conferenza in maniera molto semplice e veloce direttamente da un link fornito da doodle stessa.

Cons

Non ho davvero alcun inconveniente da dover segnalare, è molto strano perché di solito sono molto critico. Devo dire però che doodle ha saputo rispondere alla perfezione ad una esigenza che ho avuto per tantissimi anni.

La prise en main est très rapide. Il suffit de remplir son nom et cocher les cases suivant nos disponibilités. Si les choix proposés ne sont pas suffisants, il est possible d'en rajouter. Le fait d'être tenu informé du vote de chacun est optionnel afin de ne pas surcharger sa messagerie.

Pros

Doodle est un outil accessible et intuitif qui devient rapidement indispensable. au sein d'une équipe. Cela s'est d'autant plus accru avec le manque de communication qu'il y a pu avoir depuis l’essor du télétravail.

Cons

Une version gratuite qui a le mérite d'exister. Certes avec des publicités mais il faut bien que les créateurs se rémunèrent. Passer à la version payante permet de les supprimer.

Für uns als schnelles und dazu noch kostenloses Tool zur Terminabsprache nicht mehr wergzudenken. Wir nutzten Doodle schon seit vielen Jahren im Unternehmen und sind sehr zufrieden. Bis jetzt haben wir auch noch keine besseres Tool gefunden, dass Terminabstimmungen, auch mit vielen Personen, so übersichtlich und einfach macht.

Pros

Doodle ist absolut benutzerfreundlich und selbsterklärend. Wir nutzen das Tool sehr regelmäßig um Termine im Team abzustimmen. Es geht schnell und alle Informationen sind auf einen Blick verfügbar. Zudem kann es auch einfach über mobile Endgeräte genutzt werden, was das arbeiten mit dem Tool für mich noch angenehmer macht.

Cons

Auf manchen Endgeräten ist die Darstellung möglicher Termine etwas unübersichtlich, gerade bei vielen Vorschlägen, allerdings wüsste ich auch nicht, wie man das bei kleinen Bildschirmen übersichtlicher gestalten könnte.

J’utilise Doodle pour planifier régulièrement des réunions, ou des rendez-vous. Une fois paramétré, le logiciel se charge de tout et le fait gagner un temps considérable.

La simplicité d’utilisation ainsi que les nombreuses options proposées pour diffuser et gérer les informations relatives à la planification des événements.

As I said it is much more easy to use Doodle than having an Excel sheet and try to match everybody's available time slot. The userface is simple which makes it easy to get used to.

It is a great tool to arrange appointments and gatherings, see who can come and when is the most useful time for such kind of events.

Since our team uses it very frequent I decided to upload a profile picture and had some problems about it.

Pros

I recently discovered Doodle and now this is what I use when scheduling call for a client. It has a Free version with One booking page and 1 on 1. Which I use for booking clients. Doodle gets the job done fast and easy.

Cons

Some ads are distracting and I wish to try the custom branding and unlimited bookings. Maybe soon I will consider subscribing to the Pro Version to remove ads and get those advanced features.
