Pros: It's a comprehensive system that is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate. When I first was introduced to the system I thought it may be too detailed for what we required (not being recruiters but Generalist HR Practitioners who happened to recruit as well) however we found that we didn't know what we were missing out on. Our managers appreciate their freedom in being able to also access the system and grade candidates online. For an organisation that does internal and external recruitment, it has been great manage them simultaneously and securely, in the one system.

Cons: No comment on this - it's a great product.

Recommendations to other buyers: Previously, we didn't have a system that managed our internal recruitment, nor did it allow managers to access applications online and grade them. This component has become something that we can't function without. The reporting and analytics isn't something that I was looking for but find that I'm using it more and more.
