They started off great but lately have had a few glitches. Cons The is no live customer service and no responses through their email or texting service. They just don't respond. Need to change credit card information and I cant do that. Now my site says that I owe money and is not working. POOR business relations. Pros Nice lay out, easy to use, I like the tracking. Cons I have tried every way possible to get in contact with the customer support. I am not even sure they are even a functioning company anymore. I have messaged, Texted, e-mailed for over a month just to update and change a credit card.
