We no longer have to track spreadsheets, and communication has improved greatly. Less work, better results.

Pros

I appreciated how everyone on a project can get real time instant info on any project including contracts, project status, and any changes.

Cons

it was a little intimidating at first but the UI was helpful and we made it through
