Comments: We use StartMeeting at my company, it is a fairly new tool for a lot of us. I think there could be some more ease of use, there are some good interactive capabilities, but to have options to annotate, etc. would be nice. Users also have experienced some issues with audio connections, which would be nice to resolve/make easier.
