Great team, very responsive and patient with someone that isn't very IT savy like me. I haven't thought of changing once in the last 8 years as a customer and that's because of how good they are.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] and his team were always very responsive and helped troubleshoot anything that needed urgent attention immediately.

Cons

A bit "clunky" at times, I feel there's a real opportunity for Influx across Australasia to take all the good things from other software competitors in the market, and also adapt to what's bad with them and work 3-5 steps ahead of their competitors.

I can totally recommend trialing this software, it has served me well for years and only got better over that time. Don't make the big brands your first stop. Try Influxclub!

Pros

A lot of functionality without the over the top pricing and 'bloatware' of the bigger brands. And the support is excellent, very responsive. Payment management is better than most other software out there, especially missed payments, blocks etc.

Cons

Managing access with automated doors is not quite there yet, but it is something that is being worked on.

Fantastic experience with Influx, both the software and the support team. Great easy to use software, help is an email or a (New Zealand) phone call away if needed. Developers listen to clients needs and implement quickly.

Pros

Easy setup and implementation of class schedules. Directly intergrates with New Zealand payment gateways. New Zealand based development and support . Great mobile access options for admin and clients.

Cons

No cons of note. Great experience overall.

Pros

It’s ease of use, it’s direct link to Ezidebit, it’s amazing customer service team and readily available help.

The software itself covers everything we need in a simple, intuitive and cost-effective product but where InFlux excels is in their customer service and responsiveness. They are continually developing and improving, and willing to take on board feedback to ensure their product is meeting our needs.

Cons

I am looking forward to ongoing improvements to website integration sign-up/payment process, particularly for single/drop-in visits, which are underway.

Influx manages all of our memberships, classes, staff and billing for our studio gym (60+ members) and we've never needed anything else. The support is great and we always have help and answer to any issues we come up against.

Pros

\- Cost is very reasonable for such a quality product - The support is amazing, they really listen to what you need an can implement changes quickly

Cons

Initially it was the lack of online membership sign up function, but that has just been released so now it's perfect!

It has made running a Crossfit gym very easy. Support has been excellent and it is great that the company is local and easy to deal with. Had everything we needed and nothing more which was perfect.

Pros

I liked the ease of use and the no frills feel about it. Had everything we needed and nothing more. Was easy to keep track of data and easy to make classes. Members found it easy to sign up and book into classes. Personally for SUPERS we didn’t want a leaderboard function and influx was exactly what we needed, a booking system to track attendance and payments.

Cons

an App may have been easier for some members with iPhones but we never had any complaints about anything. For a gym that wants to track scores I think it would be a bit harder to quickly go back and see old scores and weights but we didn’t use this function so we didn’t have any problems

It helped me to improve the management of my membership data base and running of the business on a daily basis. I credit this software with helping me to grow my membership an extra 20%.

Pros

Its SIMPLE and easy to use. It just does whats required, no bloat, not hard to work out or use. I love it.

Cons

There are some functionality that I would like that it does not yet have however Scott always listens and puts on his "to do" list things I have recommended. Great service!
