Pros: Its SIMPLE and easy to use. It just does whats required, no bloat, not hard to work out or use. I love it.

Cons: There are some functionality that I would like that it does not yet have however Scott always listens and puts on his "to do" list things I have recommended. Great service!

Overall: It helped me to improve the management of my membership data base and running of the business on a daily basis. I credit this software with helping me to grow my membership an extra 20%.

Pros: Easy to use, has useful features for my purposes

Overall: The influx has been a very easy to use tool to manage our memberships for our gym.

Improvements are happening all the time and I am often discovering new features that are useful and just as I think of a feature I would like I message the team at influx and get a speedy response. Usually, they have already thought of it and just tell me how to use it.

The customer service is exceptional, they are easy to work with, respond quickly and explain things clearly.

Our members find it very easy to use too.

I highly recommend influx!

Pros: Great support, all the features I need, very intuitive and easy to use. The reports are amazing.

Overall: This software is amazing and has made my life much easier! I've been using it for 7 months now and I love everything about it.

Pros: The Dashboard function is a great way of getting a quick overview of class trends, upcoming birthdays, and it also lets you know when a member has not been to a class in a certain number of days - this is a good trigger for us to check in/follow up. We also use the Reports function regularly which has been a very useful way of extracting specific information quickly. Having the InfluxApp makes it easy for us to check bookings when we¿re out of the gym, it also lets our members book in from any device, and notifies them if class spaces have become available if they were fully booked earlier in the day.

Cons: Nothing

Overall: We have used Influx for the past year at our small gym and have been really impressed with its ease of use, from both an owner/admin perspective and a member perspective. When we signed up to Influx we were offered face to face training with one of their team members which was a real bonus, although we didn¿t end up needing it because setting up our class timetables, coach schedules, and membership lists using the software was so straightforward. Whenever we do have questions however, we always received a very prompt response which is fantastic. With Influx you're getting great value for money.

Recommendations to other buyers: There are a lot of functions we don't use right now, but things like its integration with Xero (syncing invoices etc) would be really useful for small businesses.

Comments: Influx was really intuitive to set up and fit really well with our Studio. We've had no issues at all on the client side, our members find it really easy to sign up and book classes.

The only con is that you might not have all of the features of a bigger player like Mindbody. However the strength of Influx is that the support is excellent, responsive and personal. So often we have requested little features to help with our specific requirements - and they've either been in development already and released soon after or they're specifically implemented for us.

The pricing is also really reasonable, given the great product and excellent service.

Comments: Love the software and I haven't even used all the sections provided within it yet. So happy with it, the staff are amazing, Bradley visited us to show us how to use the software and has always been easy to contact when I need him, he always keeps me up to date. My members find the system really easy to use with a click of a finger on their phone they can book sessions and check how many spots we have left. It's great and is recommend highly to any CrossFit owner.

Comments: I have been using Influx to manage my multi-location fitness business for over 5 months. The user-friendliness of Influx makes managing memberships and session packages easy and the simple layout creates a pleasant experience for our clients when booking into sessions and viewing their calendar & workout results.

All aspects of Influx including calendar, member details & workout plans display perfectly both on our office laptops and on our smart phones helping us run our business from anywhere.

I received considerable help over phone and email when getting started with Influx and I have continued to receive regular follow ups regarding software updates and tips for managing my business with Influx.

Comments: Being quite a new CrossFit gym in the market, we wanted a software that would enable us to keep track of our members linking them to our different membership options, as well as a class booking system that was user-friendly and easy to access.

We definitely get this and more with Influx.

Right from the Free Trial period, we were guided through the set-up process and any questions or concerns were answered by Bradley promptly either by phone call, text or email.

Almost one year on, and we're still very happy with the service we're receiving. There are constantly new features being added, which keeps things fresh for both us and our members - we've gotten lots of feedback that they're really enjoying the Whiteboard feature, which gives them the ability to be able to enter in their own scores and keep track of their workouts and lifting numbers.

Also the fact that we're able to keep track of membership payments (both manual and automatic by being integrated with EziDebit) makes life a hell of a lot easier for us.

Looking forward to seeing more developments with this software!

Comments: Super easy to manage - great interface for customer and great amount of detail from an admin perspective. Staff are always willing and prompt to help where needed. Have only had great feedback from clients and the whole process has been easier than expected. Text book customer service has been demonstrated from day one. I look forward to working with Influx as we grow and I highly recommend.

Comments: We implemented Influx to manage our Group Fitness bookings. It has saved us so much time in staff resources, made the process so much easier for our members and allows us real time and accurate tracking of attendance. Any requests we have made for support have been responded to and resolved promptly. A great product and a great team.

Once it's up and running you will wonder how you ever did it before without it

Comments: Makes sense to logically trace and monitor schedules with payments, good interface and uncluttered home page. It's simple to use and direct. Customer service is awesome with support staff ready to answer and solve any issues. Good video instructions when setting up. If they had the option of adding a payment for on the spot one off sales to the direct debit system it would be even better, but I guess that's only a matter of time before they do. They look for feed back and are always upgrading influx to the needs of the clients.

Comments: Pros;
So much easier to use than I expected (not being very tech savy)
Unmatched customer service (I feel totally ok about asking all my silly little questions. I like to email and I always get quick responses).
Booking system and easy to use debit system has been a game changer for our business.
They are always adding or upgrading functions to make it easier to use.
I always love creating groups to send specific emails to.

Cons;
Not many, just me still learning all the ins and outs.
It would be good to be able to change payment details (date of payment, payment amount etc) easier without having to delete membership and add again.
