Overall experience is great. The platform itself is very user friendly and straightforward. Easy to browse deals and rewards. I especially love the Easy Saver cards.

Pros

My favourite aspect is the colleague recognition tool. Being able to uplift your peers has definitely kept morale up. The platform also has a wide range of rewards and lots of opportunities for savings.

Cons

The customer service can be lacking sometimes. It would be more helpful to be responded to quicker with the process of getting in touch in general being more simplified than it currently is. However the customer service team is always friendly and helpful when they do get back to you.

It is a helpful platform for employee recognition, perks, and engagement, and it gives people an easy way to access benefits in one place. While there are some areas that could be more streamlined and some rewards could feel more useful, it still adds value and helps create a more positive employee experience.

Pros

Does a good job of making employee recognition feel visible and easy to use. I like that it gives employees a central place for rewards, discounts, and recognition, which can help people feel appreciated. The platform is fairly straightforward, and it is nice being able to access different perks and benefits in one place. It also helps support team morale by making colleague recognition more public and consistent.

Cons

The main drawback is that some rewards or offers may not always feel equally valuable to everyone. Depending on what is available, the platform can sometimes feel a little limited or repetitive. There is also room to improve the user interface and make navigation smoother, especially when trying to quickly find the most useful perks or recognition features.

My experience with reward gateway has been positive. It’s helpful platform for improving employee engagement and recognition and it does what it promises

Pros

I like how easy platform is to use and how everything is in one olace. The discounts and rewards are actually useful, and it’s nice to have something that makes employees feel appreciated. It’s a good tool for boosting engagement without too much effort

Cons

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit confusing to navigate,especially when looking for specific features. Also i think there could be more options for customization and a wider variety of rewards

Pros

The variety of options to choose from. We have it for a employee recognition but also the lifestyle benefits.

Cons

The system can sometimes feel a bit clunky and not always user-friendly. We have had to create internal user guides for employees to work through.

My overall experience with Reward Gateway has been a positive one. I like the fact that we get rewarded and recognized in an interesting manner.

Pros

As a user I liked the way our company brad and culture are represented in hub. It is easy to use and navigating the different features is great.

Cons

I am still learning all the features, so I don't have any negatives at this time. I a new user so time will tell.

solid 9 out of 10, trying to build a habit where i use this app before making a purchase. So far i've saved 300 which is nice

Pros

Some of the offers are really great. Personally i've used it for groceries, it equipment, ikea furniture, fashion shops :) Reloadable cards are great because you can quickly top-up

Cons

1\. In order to see the balance on each reloadable card you need to press extra buttons and clicks 2. some of the discounts are laughable

Pros

Brilliant discounts available to employees plus add on services like R&R. The merger with Edenred made sense as they were direct competitors and together they offer a brilliant solution. The customer service is brilliant as well, for employees and also for HR.

Cons

The cost is more than other companies, but the discounts and services are better overall and I would still recommend them.

The vouchers I wanted didn't work. I wanted to try again after a short career break, but they just deleted my balance. So basically they stole my money - my employer paid it to them, but they just kept it. I tried to contact them by email, but they didn't even bother to reply.

Cons

I tried 2 vouchers: Uber voucher was just not working. Sainsbury's voucher needed some code which was posted (yes, POSTED in 2024), but I wasn't home, so I couldn't use it either.

I've had a great overall experience with Reward Gateway. The website is easy to use and provides a wealth of discounts, employee benefits, and recognition opportunities that have truly improved our workplace. The employee recognition tools, which made it simple to really recognize coworkers' contributions, were particularly welcomed by me.

Pros

Numerous Discounts: You can choose from a wide range of stores that provide significant employee discounts. User-Friendly Platform: Its interface is simple to use and straightforward.

Cons

"Although Reward Gateway provides a plethora of employee perks and engagement tools, the characteristic that I enjoyed the least about the platform was how overwhelming the sheer volume of features and possibilities might initially feel. It could be confusing for novice users to navigate the system without assistance. But it's much simpler to use efficiently once you get used to it.
