Pros

After using the platform they built it was easy to use and nothing particularly difficult. Low level of adoption within the company didn't have much of an impact on employee engagement.

Cons

Vendor offers were below par and not updated regularly. Had issues with employees not receiving offers when reached out to customer service team they were extremely slow to respond and offered generic statement saying they would follow-up shortly.

Pros

I enjoy that this software has a wide variety of perks available for use.

Cons

Every once in a while the Chrome extension directs me to the regular Fond site and not my company's but it is not a huge issue.

Cons

Although this is something a bit more personal, I think most of the deals were not particularly applicable to myself, however the ones that are, are pretty good!
