### "Ease of use"

We are using Fond to help employees to recognize good behaviors that fellow team members exhibit and also to help them be empowered to reward the behaviors that they would like to see more of.

Pros

It is easy to integrate with our Business practices...and the software is easy to navigate

Cons

The software is easy to use, but we have had some of our employees who have difficulty using this on their phone. I am typically on a laptop and don't do this on my phone. I also don't like that too many employees can use the "stock" wording and not have to come up with a specific instance that they are rewarding fellow employees for. It also way to easy for employees to "swap" point without identifying a specific behavior that they are rewarding.

### "Easy site to navigate. great benefits"

Pros

It is very easy to use and to navigate around. The use of the benefits on the site is great. The cycle to work scheme is very straight forward.

Cons

This is not necessarily about the software but it would be great if all the reloadable cards loaded as quick as the easy saver card.

Experience is good. The intention of the site is to get employees discounts on items that they are going to spend money on otherwise. Why pay full price if it is not needed.

Pros

The search feature is the best of this product. You can simply and quickly find things you need without having to apply filters.

Cons

Some of the product offerings aren't tailored and thus I see a lot of items in my homepage that aren't anything i would ever use. I would we as an administrator could tailor what gets promoted.

Reason for choosing Reward Gateway

We went with Fond for the price point.

Recognizing and Celebrating achievements of the team and peers, It has comments and likes just like facebook or Linkedin, any one in our company can see the achievements once recognized.

Cons

The setup is to select the Brady Values, but sometimes we may not be able to use it when we recognize tenure.

### "Fonds Features Focuses Favor to Exemplary Employees"

With an organization that is stretched over a broad area it is an easy way to remotely show appreciation to the employees who impact your work life that you do not have frequent face-to-face interaction with.

Pros

An easy tool to be able to show appreciation in a time consuming industry allowing flexibility in the work place to be able to communicate positively to personnel.

Cons

The Fond points allotted to dole out do have an an expiration and at times feels wasteful.

### "Brand Integrity Delivers!"

Brand Integrity delivered an employee recognition platform that has had an immediate impact on our organization. The cloud based software is intuitive and easy to use. Our organization has had tremendous support from the Brand Integrity team members and we have developed a true partnership. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Pros

Intuitive and easy to use. The software has made it easier for our employees to share recognition and see why others are being recognized. Brand Integrity support is ever present and easy to work with.

Cons

No significant cons. We do struggle at times to get our field technicians as engaged in the platform as we would like them to be.

### "Brand Integrity Takes Employee Engagement to the next level"

Our employee base ranges from highly educated Physicians to entry level service and housekeeping staff. Brand Integrities' (BI) common sense approach and easy to use software transcends the multitude of users and allows the organization an opportunity to connect with staff in ways never achieved before. I am confident that the software and product by itself would not achieve the excellent results that we have seen first hand if it were not for the outstanding customer support. B.I. has the technical support, leadership coaching and behind the scenes analytic staff that make rolling the Engagement Platform out to over 1200 staff easy. I am not one who regularly writes reviews and feel strongly that you should be mindful of what you critique and where one would place their own personal support. That said, as the CEO and on a personal level I give B.I. the highest marks.

Pros

It is easy to use for even self descried "road kill on the information super highway".

Cons

Because it is web based, when my network at work is slow access slowed.

So easy to work with the product, many quick features, and the employees can be recognised with real time social interactions such as anniversary or hard work. Big companies use this as well.

Cancelling a transaction could be a headache.

Our employees love MoveSpring! It's easy to use, allows manual entry (since many don't have a device to sync), and allows us to personalize the challenges to meet our needs.

Pros

This platform is so easy to use. What makes it better is the WONDERFUL customer service! Training was available to us and they made sure we were comfortable with the product before launching our first challenge.

Cons

I really don't have any dislikes. Customer Service has been so receptive to all our questions, especially Representative!

Pros

It's easy for people to announce recognition of others work -- even if that person is shy or not comfortable sending a wide email.

Cons

I think it makes the recognition too grand -- there's a lot of weight to using it, so you may feel uneasy using it for smaller or medium-levels of recognition.

The overal benefits have been saving money, it's also a great employee benefit. The site has had great feedback from team members.

Pros

The site is great to use as both an administrator but also as employee. The security function as an admin is great but receiving a text message each time I log in.

Cons

It can be frustrating that two tabs open when being redirected from the main reward gateway site to the site of the shop that you are looking to shop on.

Instant access to data on how much our employees are using the system

Pros

The colourful layout and the ease of use. Having the data and key metrics to report on is also one of the things I like most about it. The live chat facility is also extremely helpful providing instant responses to queries.

Cons

I feel that some of the reports could be a little better laid out and some of the explanations around the data, particularly when charts are used could be made a little clearer.

The team at reward gateway become part of your business, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]has become such an integral part of Quest, he understands our vision for the Company and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Pros

We loved the fact it feels bespoke to our business, reward gateway always support our ideas and make them work. We knew everyone would be happy with the discounts, but we also have our Employee Handbook live as well as using the blog feature for communication. This has come into its own at the moment!

Cons

The only issues we found was removing employees is a bit clunky - but again once you have done it, and been talked through it, its ok.

Fast and easy way to have your managers recognize you! Honestly makes me feel special when I am recognized.

Pros

I love how easy Fond is to navigate! There are so many options for all kind of people! I love how many different gift card options there are. I personally used my points towards an airbnb gift card for one of my trips!! It is very convenient and fast that the gift card is sent to your email!

Cons

Some products are super expensive.. I feel like they should be slightly discounted? I know would use it towards something other than a gift card if products were cheaper. But I understand you wouldn't make any money if you did!

### "Great Team Member Incentive"

I think it has been a nice employee reward program, better than what we were using before, but with the cost we could be offering better incentives to our employees without the platform. This program might be more cost efficient in a larger scale company.

Pros

It has a lot of nice features to promote birthdays, anniversaries and special accomplishments. There is a large gift card catalog for the team members to choose from with their points.

Cons

With the price to have the rewards and perks. I don't think it is a sustainable program to maintain with cost cuts because of COVID.

Pros

It's easy to give recognition to coworkers! It shows appreciation and ability to express gratitude by giving points! Options to redeem, especially gift cards are easy to browse and select!

Cons

I would say more options can be added. Various travel credits things like airport parking discounts and local deals are very limited right now

A lot of our traffic comes from mobile these days, so it¿s important that the user experience is really high in that area. We¿re further enhancing the mobile experience when we launch the SmartSpending¿ app in July, which you¿ll be sure to hear about. I hear you on some offers being quite low. We do push our retailers to give us the most generous offering that¿s attainable. Some retailers work to such low margins that the room for discount is quite minimal.
