That said, the emails that notify users when they've received recognition do also include the number of points sent, so you shouldn't need to log into Fond to see how many points you've received. FSP Education Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Pat your own back" August 5, 2020 2.0 I HATE this system as it is not set up to actually reward hard work or exceptional performance but allows anyone to give praise to friends for meaningless tasks. Pros Nothing as this is a program designed to make you feel good that you rewarded someone. Cons The Fond system is set up in a way that makes you feel good that you rewarded someone or something and most of the time it is praise for simply doing the work they should have done. Giving someone praise for a birthday, anniversary or simply blowing their nose and using the restroom is not worth spending money on. My company uses the fond reward program to stroke each others egos. Nothing is more negative for company than showing praise for people who are not doing their jobs. Review Source CH Claire H. The MI data gives you areas to target to increase and the client success manager helps make it happen with competitions and posters to advertise offers etc. Pros The smarthub can be designed to fit in with your own branding / culture, and the implementation team ensured that we got it just the way we wanted it. Multi-device plus apps available too. Cons Discount and Recognition are on two different apps, which is what most people tend to use. Too many emails send per purchase (plus loads more if you are an administrator). Wellbeing articles don't get updated enough. Review Source NM Nayma M. Pros It was very easy to follow and I was able to select what I needed very easily. Cons The e voucher options for particular stores didn’t offer a lower amount like £5. Is nice to see how your colleagues recognize your good performance creating an environment that stimulates positive feedback and celebrates goal achievement. It’s also fun to use. Pros Easy to use and also fun. The interface is friendly, there are so many option ro be rewarded. Cons None so far. Sometimes some minor issues to log in that requires to reset the password. Pros It is easy to gift points to any employee for doing a good job. Cons About a year ago they restructured the points system which made it a little confusing, but they have since returned to normal. This is a great way to help in showing appreciation for everything they do. Pros I love the ease of rewarding employees. It is quick, easy and helps to motivate employees. There are many options to choose from and the platform has performed to my expectations. Cons Everything I have tried has worked, so there isn't much to dislike about this product. Pros With Fond, sending colleague well-deserved recognition is quick and easy. I love having a bank of points each month that I can use to show appreciation to one or multiple colleagues. Pros The program is easy to use. Everything is very easy to use and understand. Cons The software itself is fine, its just not the right application for our company. Very few people are actually on the computer throughout the day so its hard for fond points to get around. Pros I used this app as part of a local walking challenge. I loved that I could compare my step count and kms to others, enter new challenges, and chat with others engaged in the challenge. The graphics and "badges" made it fun as well. Cons Sometimes I would get stuck on a screen and have to reload the app but otherwise it worked fine. This could have been due to my slow internet, though. I also wished it has more options for syncing to my fitness tracker watch as I had to manually enter each day since it didn't recognize mine. February 23, 2017 5.0 What I love most about the platform is the capabilities it offers, and the overall image. The BI platform is clear (easy to navigate), and also visually appealing. Not only is the platform itself great on many levels, but the support that's behind the program (their customer service representatives) is REMARKABLE! You will get a response in minutes, and they are happy to answer your question/resolve your issue. I am a firm believer in the BI products, and the platform. It makes it easy for me as a user to quickly access and activate discounts and perks offered through my company in an efficient way. Pros I like that it has a user-friendly interface, presenting "discounts" and perks in big squares that can be pared down into categories. It is my go-to for referencing company discounts and perks. Cons When trying to access and activate discounts/perks from my company, I find myself having to read the "fine print" section at the very bottom to know how to exactly access the perks.
