I needed some support assistance with some vouchers and I found the service to be excellent both in speed and quality response. Pros I used the 'myrecognition' module and found it very user friendly with an intuitive interface. Redemption of awards against vouchers worked really well. Cons In the previous software my organisation used, if you had been awarded points, your ' balance' was displayed at the top of the page so you knew easily if you had been awarded points. With Xecec I had to navigate to an awards screen to see what I had received. Review Source AS Amber S. May 8, 2019 5.0 Pros I used this app when I went to a professional conference for physical therapists. We set a conference-wide goal of accomplishing a certain number of steps during the days the conference was in session, with the intention of making a charitable donation if our goal was met. We met our goal well before the conference was over, but it was an incredibly effective way to get thousands of people moving together and and an even more effective way to help others! It also showcased individuals who had the highest step counts, but most impressively, it was really neat to see so many people get involved in a cause! Pros It's great that you can easily recognize coworkers for their accomplishments or help, or even great attitudes... whatever you'd like! I also appreciate that the points translate into money. Cons You can't change a public review to a private review, and I have accidentally given what should've been private encouragement publicly. Employees regularly use the software which is an indication of its approachability. It's made little difference the amount of experience an employee has with a computer or smart phone. The interface is intuitive. It is a fairly straightforward website with complete descriptions and instructions to each perk. Cons I like how they organize perks among different categories. We use this platform as comms tool mainly and therefore need app that covers comms too! Sometimes teams lack cross product knowledge Some products are not as smooth to use - SmartBlogs; we have' Manager' and 'All' smart blogs, sometimes one message needs to go to both but there is no way just to tick a box on the platform.
