Cons

You could only purchase a certain amount (cap) buying a gift card.

as a user, i don't have too much insight but i like it and it seems to add value to our experience at canyon title

Pros

i like that you can recognize your coworkers for a job well done, and it it motivating to earn rewards

Cons

it isn't super easy to track how many points you receive/give in a month. i also wish the points would roll over, even if it was just for one month at a time.

Cons

I wish some of the offers lasted longer, sometimes I want to go back to an offer and its no longer there.

So much more than a platform for walking challenges. I love the actionable content feature and so do many of my clients. We can create challenges for meditating as well as reading healthy content and engagement.

Cons

It can take some time to locate the actionable content and all that is available.

Fond brings us closer together and shows how we can appreciate others without having to spend money for them to actually receive a gift that is worth money

Pros

What I love is that we are able to reward and show appreciation to other employees who work hard or do something extraordinary. It just takes a few clicks and bam they receive points. Every week, we receive an email from fond showing us the people receiving recognition and the nice messages people leave, which really is relieving to see.

Cons

I do not have any issues with the program as a user

I like to use fond on a regular basis to thank my coworkers for collaborating together to ensure our clients have the best experiences, the smoothest transitions, and a cooperative and collaborative care team.

Pros

I like how easy the software is to use. I also like that you're able to deliver a quick "thank you," to show your appreciation of your staff and coworkers.

Cons

I dislike the limited purchasing options. I would like to be able to have other options.

This is a great way for me to recognize co-workers for the great work they do. It also allows my recognition to come with a small award (points) so when enough has built up that individual can select a item of their choice.

Pros

This program is easy to set up and use. Once you create a log in and password it is easy.

Cons

I have nothing negative to mention about this.

I have recognized 2 colleagues and been given points for winning contests. In general, I think Fond is great.

Pros

I like that Fond offers many options for using points. I love that I can quickly show appreciation to my colleagues for their assistance and hard work.

Cons

Nothing. It's pretty easy to use. I was initially confused by the "fond.co" but after that it was easy.

It is easy to use and there is the possibility to congratulate and give fond points to colleagues abroad. It does not matter in which part of the globe a colleague is located as I am sure he/she will be able to use the fond points.

It is easy to use and there is the possibility to congratulate and give fond points to colleagues abroad.

Cons

When I started to use it there were not many companies with which I could use my fond points in Latin America, however, these options grew and I can choose from various alternatives to use mi fond points.

The deals are always a little cryptic. You always have to read the fine print. There's also so many deals that sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for.

Pros

It is very quick and easy to use allowing employees to nominate and recognise employees on the go. The ability to adapt for different segments of the employee population and easy workflows configured for approval levels where needed

Cons

As there is so much flexibility within the system it is easy to over complicate and get wrapped up in rules. Keep it simple to prevent this happening.

Easy to use. I can quickly recognize coworkers for things that they have done and it easily reports that to the whole company. Giving and using points is easy and there is enough variety to make it worthwhile.

Cons

I do think being able to see rewards options by point value would be helpful instead of just by category.

Great discounts , concierge service is brilliant and very useful for busy people. I like the way that it has a lot of great well known benefits but has a small company feel in the customer service we receive.

Cons

The User interface could be a bit prettier, but it's all about the delivery and Staff Treats has delivered.

Xexec where fantastic in the support they gave to resolve my issue

Pros

I like how easy it is to select vouchers

Cons

When I top-up vouchers they system does not work corrctly and therefore I need to get in touch with Xexec and provide authorisation codes as proof of the debit card top up and to have the vouchers added to my portal.
