Pros The software is user friendly and comprehensive. It is flexible and able to adapt to my specific operations. Cons We have not had any issues thus far. The software is performing exactly as explained. Reasons for choosing FlashPARCS Flexibility, responsiveness and comprehensiveness. FlashPARCS is also ahead of the curve in the parking revenue control industry offering multi-level functionality with novel concepts others are lagging behind in. Flash's cloud-based platform and speedy installation process have provided a solution to both of these impediments to our success. Pros The software allows us to quickly and easily monitor parking systems at an enterprise level with real-time data. Cons The continued improvement improve reporting capabilities as data access becomes more flexible will certainly provide more value in our business.
