I love the way that there is constant development, and improvement since i first joined 2 years ago. The app has allowed me more room for quality time with clients, as customers can schedule appointments at their own convenience, without interfering with consultation sessions.

Pros

The app is extremely user-friendly and advances on a monthly basis. The support is always friendly and very responsive.

Cons

Nothing really, as I said there are so many things still to come and to add, which is extremely exciting.

Love it best book site that I have used so far since I have been an entrepreneur entrepreneur, I give it a 10 out of 10.

Pros

I love the feature of the app. you can customize your services deposits as you want. It helps me with scheduling an appointment management for my clients. It also helps me send out reminders or notifications when I’m having a happy hour or have something special for the holiday holidays. For the value of the money, I value Booksy in the security that has given me and also the learning curve it has provided for me.

Cons

The thing I like the least about bookie is that well honestly, I don’t have any kinds about books now that the app has been updated. Everything is working officially as it should.

I’d rate it a 3/5 because I’ve had a wonderful experience overall just a few things that I don’t agree with; no flexibility in confirmation message, referral links lead to mandatary app download, booksy boost disputes.

Pros

I like the easy navigation for providers. It’s very simple to add necessary information and pricing. The varies options for styles help with versatile stylist that offer many different services.

Cons

I would advise changing the need to download the app via our referral links. It deters clients away from booking unless providers know the loophole of just googling Booksy and searching the stylist there but the website falsely gives credit ( which is hard to dispute at times) for the at route. I’d advise the confirmation methods that clients receive. They should receive a customized text or email that allows providers to add more information ( parking or directions help)

Clients have to download the app to book their appointments and sometimes that is not desirable as the client

I like how Booksy made my profile accessible to first time clients .This app has helped me grow my business exponentially.

Cons

I would say that the navigation of the app has been the most difficult area. I had trouble getting my Facebook linked to it

I like that it’s super easy for both clients and me to use. Booking, rescheduling, and managing appointments are very simple, and everything stays organized in one place. Cons

The calendar can be a little confusing to navigate at times, especially when adjusting availability or moving appointments around. It would be nice if the layout was more user-friendly and flexible when updating schedules.

Pros

I love all the services that booksy offers from easy booking to multiple payment options my clients love that they get appointment reminders! Also I love the security of know my clients information is safe.

Cons

One con that I have is the monthly fee and on top of the fee that comes out when someone books online !

Overall, I like it a lot just a notifications I do with other booking applications. That’s like the only thing I don’t like about boosy

Scheduling and appointment management and the features and the marketing they have is great and it shows you how good you’re doing week two week on your sales

Cons

It doesn’t give you notifications instantly or text message like other booking apps do I would really like to get a text message or email instantly when a client has booked with me

I love all the options and how many people uses the platform. The fact that so many people is on the app helps to promote who you are and your gift.

Pros

The Boost program really works and the email blast to keep engagement with clients are intuitive. I also like how the profile set up is and how you can share a space with other team members of your shop or location.

Cons

the payment process is too many steps. There needs to be a way where customers come in and on their end initiate the payment so that way there’s no conversation on if they will be using the app to pay.

It’s been an interesting experience that I have loved so far. I have use the boost service and it’s been working well.

Pros

The visibility. I like how smooth things run and easy the booking is. I have had a few issues with issues in the beginning but it all worked out .

Cons

Refund process. Seems to be a little slow to process. Like it make a take a some time to get the customer a refund.

I love the platform in allowing Clients to schedule and pay on line. I wish i was able to showcase Booksy on my Facebook page without having a Facebook business account.

Pros

I like that clients can pre pay before so I am protected with my time and scheduling. I love that clients can leave a review.

Cons

I thought I would be getting a new client at least very other week. Wanted more advertising from Booksy.

Overall, I use booksy on a daily basis and it’s been good for my business. Nothing else I have to say since this is the only app I use

Pros

Customization options, features, scheduling and appointment management are what I like about the booksy app

Cons

Value for money, and reminder notifications. Value for the money a month is okay compared to other apps that doesn’t charge. I personally don’t get why would get charged for a boost client either, because sometimes I give my booksy link for people and I just don’t like the fact i’m getting charged when they first book me, compared to where I can just put them in myself, and the notification sometimes or doesn’t show up for me when I get a new booking. So I constantly have to check within the app or my email

Overall it’s an incredibly useful tool. It keeps my book open and running smoothly. I can take payments, communicate with clients adjust my hours all with ease and quickly and concisely.

Pros

I like the ease of use for my clients. Also being able to just share the link or the QR code is incredibly convenient

Cons

There are a few bugs. When you go to type when using message blasts the cursor jumps backwards and makes it a mess. I also don’t like that we as the business can’t rate the clients like Uber. It would be really nice to know if a client has a tendency to no call no show a lot of barbers. Or if there are any other issues with them as clients. Even if it was as simple as Booksy letting us know “hey this person has 6 no call no shows against them from other people” so we can know to have them prepay or not.

I’m not fun on the boost program because everyone in my area is boosted and it’s not any advantage of having the boost program. When I first signed up I had someone who call and make sure everything is going great. Now it’s no one check on me or if I’m having issues

Overall great experience, and compared to the competition, this seems to be working for our little shop.

Pros

Love the fully integrated app and platform for business owners and customers alike; the Boost feature is great for attracting new clients to your business, albeit a little pricey.

Cons

The invoicing has a lot to be desired, hence the 4/5 stars. Instead of a consolidated bill at the end of the month, there is constant charges for small fees and microtransactions that are not very well understood.
