When we brought it to their attention, they informed us that the problem we have with their software is why a lot of salons choose to leave Timely or not subscribe to Timely.
Terribly minor inconvenience but I can't use customer credit on invoices that have already been issued.
Inability for clients to cancel appointments online which leads to them contacting me and creating more work for me. I'd lie them to be self sufficient to cut down my admin time.
Some of my customers get frustrated that they get both an email and a text reminder and it's too much. I do this because some people put in their home phone and email but no cellphone number.

Pros: It’s easy to use and the clients really like it. Lots of functions are automated

Overall: Love timely - few issues lately which were adding vat to vouchers which I can’t take off so have stopped selling online and a booking fee which disappeared with no invoice - were resolved quickly and efficiently by the timely team
Pros: Ease of use for clients allows me to get on with my day while clients book online and captures booking fees
Cons: Would like to add self employed staff on to manage diaries or even employed gets costly adding them on if they are only in a few days a month
