Overall my experience was good, timely was simple to learn, secure and offered a fair amount of features.

Pros

Easy online booking and staff management. Appointment are also easy to schedule and manage. Pretty simple program overall.

Cons

I wish that timely was a little more cost effective. The price point is a little higher than similar booking systems.

My overall experience using Timely was very exciting and very informative and useful to me because, it just works for me.

Pros

What i like most about Timely is that the entire application process was very successful and entertaining.

Cons

What i really dislike about Timely is that the booking software was very disappointing because, when i tried to book my salon appointment it just wouldn't work correctly.

Timely is one of the best softwares for automated time tracking which enhances the productivity. The app offers easy to navigate and intuitive design which is a plus over its competitors. I overall recommend it.

Pros

I personally like the automated time tracking in Timely which is AI based by learning the habits. It also includes budget tracking and timesheets. It has an intuitive user interface which is very clear and easy. The customer service is also top notch.

Cons

Use of AI is still not accurate as with other softwares. Timely only offers online tracking. The Timely app has some bugs which should be fixed in next updates. It is also on slightly expensive side.

The reduction in the amount of no shows. This helped keep our business running seamlessley and capture deposits easily.

Cons

It did take some adjustment using this tool rather than our standard calendar/meeting invite functionality.
