"Powerful Automation with Excelent Security"

**Overall:** After using ConnectWise Automate for over a year, I can confidently say it's one of the most powerful RMM platforms out there. It's not perfect out of the box, but once configured, it handles our managed endpoints with impressive reliability. Worth every penny for growing MSPs.

**Pros:** ConnectWise Automate has been a game-changer for our IT operations. The automation and scripting capabilities save us hours every week. Remote monitoring works seamlessly, and the customization options let us tailor everything to our workflow. Great value for the investment!

**Cons:** The initial setup has a steep learning curve, and the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Customer support response times could be faster. Once you get past the onboarding phase, though, it runs like a charm.
