However, I am just not sure about privacy side of things. Pros The timer allows me to work remotely and have my time tracked accurately. It was easy to use with just the click of a button to start and stop. It was easy to learn so the learning curve is low. Cons I am wary of the security and privacy aspects as the platform I worked for said they took periodic screenshots. I am under the impression that only screenshots are taken when the app is active but I am still skeptical if it may take pictures during other times, as you need to give computer access permissions. So far I'm liking it. It's a tool I would recommend for getting the best out of each employee so there is no time unutilized. And I would say like for an employer also employee, it is also evaluating their time and you're super focused on what you want to accomplish. So overall it's a good thing. Pros What I like about it is how easy to set it up. It's easy to toggle between different workflows. I mean, easy to track and make sure that I am hyper-focused on the work.
