Cons When creating my account, I didn't have the option to choose an EU server location, which was later resolved with the help of a very helpful support representative. However, it would be great to have this option available directly during the account creation process. Not to overwork people, but rather find areas of opportunity and distribute work as evenly as possible and not overwork top performers, while getting lower performers to step up and absorb work they have bandwidth for. For example, I worked at couple of hours on Saturday and it captured a 33% productivity, so when that is averaged, which I know my upper management will look into, it will bring my average down. Pros is simple to use and understand. I liked that I was able to log on to the website through the app, and that I was able to see productivity in a easy-to-read format. Cons Unfortunately, I had an issue where my project disappeared while I was working on it. The app stopped recording my time and did not notify me that 1. it had stopped my time on its own, and 2. that the project had been unassigned. When it was time for me to take a break, I realized it had stopped timing long before I had noticed. I'm not exactly sure on how long I had been working prior to the app stopping, and will now have to estimate the time I spent on the project to be compensated appropriately. So far I'm liking it. It's a tool I would recommend for getting the best out of each employee so there is no time unutilized. And I would say like for an employer also employee, it is also evaluating their time and you're super focused on what you want to accomplish. So overall it's a good thing. Pros What I like about it is how easy to set it up. It's easy to toggle between different workflows. I mean, easy to track and make sure that I am hyper-focused on the work.
