Pros It's easy to use, offers lots of information. You can have projects and put in the cost of the project so this tracks the hours and what the bill needs to be. Pros I like Insightful because it has a nice interface and is easy to install. It makes it easy to check reports, and the price is good. It was easy to install on my employees' Mac computers, and it runs all the time in the background. It's easy and quick to look at reports and see what they're doing, including screenshots. We don't use this much as it's time consuming when it comes to moving the task to certain status instead of having the status to be changed from the task list of for each individual employees. Pros Insightful is simple to use and understand. I liked that I was able to log on to the website through the app, and that I was able to see productivity in a easy-to-read format. Cons Unfortunately, I had an issue where my project disappeared while I was working on it. The insightful app stopped recording my time and did not notify me that 1. it had stopped my time on its own, and 2. that the project had been unassigned. When it was time for me to take a break, I realized it had stopped timing long before I had noticed. I'm not exactly sure on how long I had been working prior to the app stopping, and will now have to estimate the time I spent on the project to be compensated appropriately.
