The support team is also great when I encounter issues. **Pros:** I like how Insightful helps me track my hours and clock in smoothly once it’s working. Its very simple and not confusing. **Cons:** Sometimes the app crashes or has issues when clocking in or switching devices. There are times that shows offline even tho im productive. On the points you raised... stability is something we take very seriously, and reducing issues like crashes is a constant priority for our engineering team. As for being shown offline while you’re actually working, that’s can be an app issue but its usually tied to how specific activity tracking is configured. The dev team did good job when it comes to performance and reliablility **Pros:** It's fast, reliable, and I use it everyday. It shows the agents login and logout time accurately and shows their activities **Cons:** The timezone management is difficult if managing teams from different timezones.
