Pros It was extremely easy to install, insightful, and the intuitive nature of the product made it easy to start using immediately without any guidance. I can have insightful running alongside the work that I'm doing, so that it's very easy to track the amount of time spent on tasks. I have two screens, so it works really nicely. Pros Straightforward interface once you access it. Not difficult to use once you know project name. Also, availability of Linux version of app. Cons Social media login does not work with Linux desktop app. I find social media logins speed up access times, and often create secondary backup sources. I have to export the reports to Excel to edit them. A more sophisticated export interface with user options would be better. It would also be great if these individual exports could be sent to emails according to a set period.
