They were patient with us - and we definitely needed it with holidays and key people being away during the implementation. Getting it installed and set up across our remote teams was straightforward, and when we needed to uninstall or make changes, there were no headaches. The tracking itself does what it says it will - gives us solid visibility into device activity across our remote workforce without being clunky or intrusive. It just works. Cons Honestly, there's not much to fault. The value for money is solid. The only thing that's been a minor irritation is the screenshot capture can be a bit hit and miss sometimes - they're not coming through as consistently as we'd expect. We're still looking into whether that's something on our end, but it's the only real gripe we've got.
