Not to overwork people, but rather find areas of opportunity and distribute work as evenly as possible and not overwork top performers, while getting lower performers to step up and absorb work they have bandwidth for. It gives me confirmation on things I thought to be true and see it the numbers and productivity, it confirmed it as well as data that show things I did not know and help me focus on areas of opportunity for staff productivity. Cons I wish it was better at capturing the days that are not full production. For example, I worked at couple of hours on Saturday and it captured a 33% productivity, so when that is averaged, which I know my upper management will look into, it will bring my average down. I did have a couple questions regarding the installation process and a service member was almost immediate to respond to my inquiry. Pros was very easy to set up and install for use as a new employee with a company using the software for timekeeping. The ease of use and accuracy is a great improvement over manual entry methods I have used previously. Cons I do not have any cons for this service. The ability and attentiveness of the instructions provided and customer service team were outstanding.
