Very good, it's accurate and reliable. You get permanent quick support, making your time easier and more efficient.

Pros

It's easy and user-friendly — just a few clicks. You pay attention to your responsibility at work out of worries of income miscalculations

Cons

The additional App needed to be installed (Workpuls), not because of the App itself, but because of the double play in the computer

my experience has been great so far, I had an issue where a link to inscribe was not working and I wrote customer support for that and they answered and solved the issue right away.

Pros

Team collaboration was great They answered my request really fast and then made a follow up which is really important.

Cons

I am yet getting to know Insightful I haven't really experienced anything negative at the moment. Although I had a minor issue with a link that was not working but solved really fast.

Pros

Insightful is a smart, fast reliable app that's easy to use for task management, team collaboration, and project management. It was a quick learning curve after I installed it. I can trust the security of the app, too.

Cons

If I accidentally shut down the Insightful active window on my laptop, it's hard for me to find the app again to launch it.

At first, I did not know where to find the timer, mainly because I had forgotten the directions from the set of instructions from my onboarding.

Simply Great. It fulfills the intended purpose. It guarantees that there is a bond of trust, whether in asynchronous or synchronous engagement.

Pros

Straight-forward and operates in the background. Once you turn it on, there's no need for further interaction until your task is completed.

Cons

The initial startup steps were not very clear. However, customer service responded quickly and solved my issue.

Communication with support is efficient and timely. Product does what it claims to do. It enabled me to find time wasted and address this with employees.

Pros

Screenshots up to every 30 seconds, real time insights and the ability to create teams. I didn't try the screen recordings yet but plan to.

Cons

Ability to manually add users rather than them automatically being added. This incurs extra cost unnecessarily if you're only needing to monitor 1 or 2 employees

Insightful delivers a zero-fuss tracker that respects an employee's focus on actual work, but the developers need to fix the default window layout on launch so that brilliant simplicity isn't hidden. A first-time user shouldn't have to spend a day playing hide-and-seek with windows just to realize the tracking widget is active and waiting right behind the massive dashboard screen.

Pros

The simple, minimalist "push-play" button to log active hours and the "stop" button when you step away are pure genius. You can focus on the actual work, not a bloated time-tracking tool. Further, the interface translates effortlessly across languages.

Cons

The massive analytics dashboard automatically obscures the tracking widget at launch, creating confusion for new users.

Pros

Fast and thorough responses to help requests! I had interactions with three separate advisors and all were excellent.

Cons

The instructions are a bit unclear. For instance, the "widget" is essential but it is not mentioned in the instructions, much less explained.

Overall, my experience has been incredibly wonderful with Insightful. I am not sure how companies run remote teams without it.

Pros

Insightful makes it a hundred times easier to ensure that your remote employees are working on the task that they say they are.

Cons

I can't think of much to say bad about Insightful. I could not run my business without it. I believe the pricing is fair, and the website does what I need it to.
