Pros Insightful is simple to use and understand. I liked that I was able to log on to the website through the app, and that I was able to see productivity in a easy-to-read format. Cons Unfortunately, I had an issue where my project disappeared while I was working on it. The insightful app stopped recording my time and did not notify me that 1. it had stopped my time on its own, and 2. that the project had been unassigned. When it was time for me to take a break, I realized it had stopped timing long before I had noticed. I'm not exactly sure on how long I had been working prior to the app stopping, and will now have to estimate the time I spent on the project to be compensated appropriately.
