Our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], is the best. She is very diligent and always willing to go above and beyond to assist us with any issues we may have. Also the IT department has always been very quick to assist with any issues that arise and will continue with follow up until issues is resolved. Pros The various options for our managers to accurately view the productive time of our employees. In addition, with the improvements made over time, as an admin I am very appreciative of the ease to edits. Cons I know this is something in the works, but I wish that there was a migration with our payroll provider available. It would make the the use of the two systems combined optimal. Cons Not able to set schedules per employee. Not a huge deal, but setting up schedules per employee would help with tracking and reporting.
