Filtering right down to a single person or a specific app is a genuinely handy thing to have, it's the point where a rough sense of what's going on turns into something you can actually see clearly. And that filtering is really just the surface. Their customer support has been top notch and the product perfectly does what it is intended to do. Pros This was super easy to implement across 200 users via Intune. It works almost flawlessly and has very good dashboards for following up. The api allows automations to run off certain triggers and statistics. Cons Occasionally the system tray Icon dosn't appear - a reset of the computer usually resolves it but that's unoptimal. Deployments at that scale can get messy fast, so it's a real pleasure yours didn't. Thanks for the detailed review! And you're clearly using the platform to the hilt: Automations off triggers and statistics via the API, dashboards for follow-up. That's Insightful at its fullest: workforce intelligence in action, not just a tracker, with your data working for you to surface what's driving results and where to double down. On the system-tray icon playing hide-and-seek now and then - a reset shouldn't have to be the fix, so that's worth a proper look. You've already found our support top notch, so do flag it to them; they'd much rather sort the cause than leave you rebooting. One of my favorite features is being able to zoom in on screenshots. Good support and good value for the price! Cons I don't like that real-time insights show in the employee's time zone instead of the admin's time zone. It would be nice to have a toggle option for this in the future. A small, practical touch that quietly does a lot. And after coming from something you found archaic and limited, it's great the difference shows. That breadth is rather the point - Insightful is a full workforce intelligence platform, and tracking is just the doorway in. Past it, there's a good deal more to grow into: How to amplify what's already working, or what your strongest people do differently. On the Real-time insights landing in the employee's time zone rather than yours - that's a fair thing to want when you're overseeing people across zones.
